Cas Project

For our cas project me and my team lead by igor decided to write letters to amnesty international. We gathered people from each year in our school and asked them to wrtie letters on global problems internationally. Here is a link to all the letters.

Cas reflection.

CAS as a whole was an interesting experience. At first I was reluctant and sceptical as it was yet another thing I had to do in my already busy schedule. However the more I did it the more I understood that it is a necessary part of ib. Most of cas i was doing it even before I knew what it was. I was always a very active person so activity was not a problem. Creativity means innovation for me and I always find new and interesting ways as well as things. Service was the hardest to do, therefore it was more rewarding as it was something outside of my comfort zone and had the biggest positive impact. I enjoyed that the most, however this was also the biggest challenge as it was the most time consuming.

I have grown in strength thanks to both physical strength by going to the gym as well as mental strength due to the need to create new things for creativity.

To summarize it was an interesting challenge, one of the numerous unnecessary things IB puts its students through. I am glad I could partake in it.

As I went on my ski trip there was one thing that was more addicting than the adrenaline rush I had when skiing done the slope. Looking at my surroundings and pondering at its beauty.

Reflection: in our busy city lives we often forget what true nature look likes, the urban skyline is nothing compared to the snow covered trees.
