I wonder if bro is bringing back the age of dragons in a ditch to be useful to be loved to be accepted because by then they’d saved their kind and they’d finally be adored in a way that actually matters to them

I wonder if the reason longan crashed out as well in the end is because they’ve had to do all this ‘work’ and everything but then these cookies come along - cookies that are the same being that longan had countless dreams of being killed by and of them killing the last of their kind - ‘befriend’ each of the others ‘easily’.

And seeing each of them - and especially lychee breakdown over rambutan dying broke em because they know none of them would ever react the same way if it was longan that was in trouble or on the verge of death. None of them would have tears or anything like that towards them and ‘for some reason’ it hurts

I think it would make it worse because cookies are such weak beings compared to dragons. I think it would make it worse because here are all these weak beings easily worming into the others hearts.
