my throat is fucked up rn lol. doesnt really hurt but feels really weird and i guess does hurt a little to swallow, in a mechanical way. feels like my trachea/larynx has shifted like… down? if i hold both sides of my trachea when i swallow it feels more normal 🥴

im so sleep deprived i feel like my body is going to dissolve into the air and i have like 30x more energy than normal but am also bursting into tears at the drop of a hat and apparently this is the level of desperate my adhd is requiring for me to do anything about anything. just called in my prescriptions for the first time this year! 🤪
