i need to improve my communication skills

im gonna sm0ke the rest the w33d i have and then take a break for a while. i'm gonna save a lot of m0ney so i wanna spend it on something nice for mys3lf instead. i'm not sure what yet. maybe art supplies? paint canvases? ive pr0bably sp3nt like $60-70 a week on w33d for the past couple weeks. i d1dnt get rec1epts th0ugh so i dont know for sur3 how much. anyway i've been pr3tty d3pr3ss3d for a whil3 so im interested to s33 if that impr0ves.

i didnt die

when i was 21 i had a complete mental breakdown and i was deeply traumatized, but i didn't die. it left me sick with regret and stress, far away from home. i lost friends and damaged relationships beyond repair, including my relationship with my ex bf and two of my ex-best friends. i have lost people because of my dysfunctional psyche in the past, but never like this. i had never experienced a full psychotic manic episode and never had i been so frighteningly out of touch with reality. the weeks leading up to, in and after the psych ward and while i was still taking the medication wrongly prescribed to me gave me ptsd and could have but didn't kill me. i am trying to make the best of it.

every day i am haunted by memories and su1c1dal thoughts. i am doing my best to persist. not to pity myself or hate myself but make something out of my life and try to find peace.
