Anywayyy other than that, I start my new job on Monday and I’m excited !! Idk what time I’m supposed to go in yet but I should hopefully find out closer to the date

My main hot topic manager is killing me rn so I’m super glad I get to leave very soon. I have one more shift but it isn’t until the end of this week 😭. Other than that I also am hanging out with a friend this week (maybe or maybe not my assistant manager lolll) and we’re going to a stationary store I’m so excited

GUESS WHO FINALLY GOT A NEW JOB AFTER A MILLION APPLICATIONS AND 7 MONTHS OF APPLYING AND BEING GHOSTED LMAOO.

That place I mentioned in that post didn't work out but I did get hired today after the interview lol. I got the call at 9am asking if I wanted to schedule an interview, I panicked and agreed to a 11:30am interview, then rushed a shower and getting ready before driving like 25 mins to the interview. After it was done I was immediately offered the job and I said yes because this is like going from $10 an hr to $14.50 an hr and better hours in general.

I will miss my coworkers at hot topic but I won't miss the pay or lack of hours OR my main manager I feel like she hated me and idk why lol

I wanna use tumblr for art AND as a diary so I'm here to say I may be busy because I'm applying for new jobs because my current job is not the greatest rn 😍 I already have an interview for one place on monday and it already sounds better than where I work rn. (also where I work rn rhymes with tot hopic so it sucks that it sucks because I've loved that store forever and getting to work there sounded fun, but it's not fun when I get 2-3 shifts a week and they cancel some of those shifts to punish me when I apparently do smth wrong like not harrass someone into making an account)

ANYWAY I'm super happy about that and I hope it works out. It's also great because this new place is 5 mins from my house while tot hopic is like 40 mins, so less spending money on gas for me lol
