HAHA any of you kids remember Artemis Fowl?? Because this is Holly Short and I legit wanted to BE her for a large part of my preteen life.

I was obsessed with those books when I was about eight! And I remember getting really frustrated at not being able to draw that world the way I saw it in my head. The comics didn’t quite show the universe that I imagined. I’d always tell myself that I’d finally do some cool drawings of the characters when I was good enough at drawing - I reckon I might just have the confidence to start doing that! (It only took me thirteen years!)

One thing I love about the Alex Rider tv show is that in every season no matter what they always have at least one scene where Alex and Tom are being dorks together.

Like I love it because whoever wrote those moments really understands having a friend who no matter how old you are or what you have gone through together, being in a room with this person will result in the loss of brain cells in favor of being funny together, and it is perfect writing.
