Alfarr can no longer wildshape due to gaining a magic metal arm

Magic metal arm was required because the old one was... Supremely fucked up during a boss fight

Could have gotten a wooden arm, however, we're going somewhere where druids are illegal coming up, so what better way to hide being a druid than to have a metal limb
