I officially cracked my first benchmark. Today I ate 960c@ls with98g of protein. My friend and I went on a long walk with the dogs,almost 5k, so I guess you could count that as exercise.

Hey guys, so I was really pleased with my results from the last week of dieting ( I went from 83,5 to 81,6). But have a buch of shit to learn for, so I am setting my c@l max at 1000 and 1200 on days I workout. I will stick to this plan till I am under 80kg at least.

200g heavier than yesterday but honestly I think it’s just water retention, cause I had dinner yesterday with family and it was the first time Ihad a decent amount of carbs in a few days. So I am trying not to freak out and stick to my plan.

Today I ate around 700c@ls (rounded up) and 65g of protein. I planned to eat less but I was cold at university and had some hot cocoa, while studying with some friends. Tried to make up for it with a walk (around 50min & 175 active c@ls).
