Found this rock on the beach. Does anyone know what is that? Super shiny on the sun, but mate in shadow. Probably some kind of quartz(?)

I am a private tutor and sometimes, like today, most people cancel classes and I don’t work most of the day. It makes me sad and anxious.

But I am working on my thoughts that’s why I say to myself:

Every now and then I try to notice smth beautiful around me. There are a lot aground to appreciate.

Today I visited to the botanical garden and saw beautiful benches in flower arches and a bird with blue wing
