I was sick, I was constantly tired, and I had absolutely no self-confidence. I felt very alone in my journey and didn’t know where to turn. . Then I was introduced to an amazing group of ladies. I started my health journey again…and then became a coach. Through the simple to follow fitness programs and portion controlled nutrition plan I’ve become a healthier version of myself. I no longer get sick just because things are going around and I have way more energy for the things I love in life. I am healthy and taking care of my body. . Through coaching I have also found myself again. I’ve learned that I can inspire others simply by sharing my own journey. The best part for me is that I am showing my children how to live a healthy life and that they can do anything they set their minds too. When I first started my journey I wasn’t confident in who I was, through my journey I have found my confidence and my sense of purpose in life. . I’m looking for 3 ladies to mentor this month on their health and fitness journey and also on starting a business that can provide their family an income, but so much more! . Holidays can be days of excess for many. . Think on your holiday events is it too much food, too many sweets, scheduled to the max? . It doesn’t have to be that way. . Happy Thanksgiving from our family to yours. . May your day be filled with family, love, laughter, and of course amazing food 🦃🍠🥬. . This year we are blessed to be spending it with my parents and helping them with their home remodel. . We are so incredibly blessed as a family. Yes, we have navigated a lot of hard times this year, but we are blessed beyond all measure for so many things: 1. For my father to still be here and getting better little by little. after his stroke this summer. . 2. We are finally finding the source of my spinal pain and learning to navigate that new normal. . 3. We are learning how challenging it is to be a teen in this day and age and learning how to be more present in this crazy season of changes. . 4.
