chauvin was charged with third degree murder and manslaughter. in minnesota, third degree murder holds a maximum sentence of 25 years. just because he’s charged does not mean this is over. there’s also still the other 3 officers who need to answer for their crimes. continue to be loud and demand he gets the maximum sentence! continue to spread and sign petitions!
