There are various variables that can influence our psychological condition, whether it is physical, verbal, or social. Perhaps as important as our wellbeing is our inner peace. It allows us to keep our views alive, being surrounded by an optimistic elevation of our mood. There are many ways to help us deal with these issues, but it is best to connect well with our closest family members or friends. Happiness and enjoyment are equal to being good and well-being is also equal to being. If a person achieves joy in life, he is certainly satisfied and eventually able to be a person of well-being.

The brain is known to be the heart of our body. Our brain regulates and stores the data about our overall self-identity about what, how and why we behave as ourselves. What we think is what we are.Our brain is our body's mother organ. It is one of the human body's largest and most complex organs. It consists of more than billions of nerves that interact in billions of synapses-called connections. All these are connected/started in our brain in any action, emotions, feelings, or even memories.

Hello and today's vlog, we're gonna talk about lesson 5 which is about how to counter stress. I myself didn't understand some of it but it helps me now to avoid or counter stress. It discussed about the sources and there were a lot of source about stress. While we're experiencing adolescence, we encounter stress. I, myself experiencing stress since I go to highschool because in highschool, we should be matured and learn to be alone.
It showed a graph between negative and positive stress effects while talking about the subject. Both good and bad stuff can cause stress, and even games have stressed us. There are also three types of stress: acute, episodic acute, and chronic stress: acute, which is the most common and short-term stress, episodic, which is the middle, and the most damaging type of chronic type. Lastly, I will leave you a phrase saying "Enjoy your life while you're young because one day, you will not gonna experience it anymore"

Hi guys, today is a fantastic day and it's Sunday, which means self-study on Unit 4: Coping with the Adolescence Challenges stage. As we reach puberty, we face a lot of problems in our lives. Challenges either break or make people stronger. The value of facing obstacles was clarified in this power point file that I read.
Often, it taught us how to cope with others' perceptions. What are the various individuals who can affect the actions of a teenager and what are the challenges and advantages of these individuals' influence? Finally, it showed us what the advantages of self affirmation are. It will motivate us to attract things that are positive.

In this day, we tackled about Entering the phase of middle and late adolescence. Today I have learned the 3 stages of adolescence (Early, middle and late), the principle of development the "SIGH" (Sequential, Individualized, Gradual and Holistic). We also discuss The roles of peers adolescence and the effect of peer social comparison.
This make me realize to be thankful for reaching adolescence because not people are able to reach this. I am in the late stage and hoping to reach adulthood. This also makes me realize to embrace the changes and make a goal, get a inspiration so that I can overcome the adolescence stage and reach the adulthood.

In this day, we discuss about Being mindful with one self. To be honest, I don't quite understand the discussion because of the physical barriers (the noise coming from our neighbors) What I understand is that there are 5 ares of Personal Development in every individuals. These are Psychological, Physiological, Cognitive, Social and Emotional and Spiritual Development. It was also discuss the importance of our body that we should take care of it because there is only one body that we can possess.
On the next topic, it was about the Integration of thoughts, feelings and behaviour. I learned that dualism/ duality is the recognition and comprehension of nature of things. I learned that Mind/body is related or connected to our thoughts of feelings. Also, the last part teaches me on how to take care of ourself. As a lazy girl, I will going to apply these to be able to make myself better.

We're all about getting to know ourselves on our first day. I understand the importance of the self definition in our conversation, which describes the portrayal of who I am. It also means showing that you understand and accept yourself as a human being who is a multi-dimensional human being (physical, metaphysical, mental, social, and moral). There are three types of selfc concept, Physical characteristics are about how you look wether you are fat or skinny, personal characteristics are about your personality wether you have a badass or angelic personality, while social identity refers to the social group we belong to like wether you like party or being a sporty.
I understand also the different kinds of self: Self-concept: your perception of yourself, how you define and understand yourself as a multi-dimensional (physical, spiritual, emotional, social, and moral) human being Self-esteem: a positive or negative self-evaluation of the self-concept Self-worth: how much you value yourself Self-efficacy: your belief and confidence that you can accomplish tasks and control your environment Self-Complexity: the different ways in which you think about yourself. Also the importance of self awareness which is the ability to know myself extensively and i’ve been using it always. Lastly, I need to have Self-Concept Clarity to have a clear and defined self-concept.
