Sentinel Prime - My first finished proper transforming custom in almost 2 years. Could still use a few tweaks that may or may not happen. Stickers and all the yellow parts (head, turret, chest, knee pads, foot stabilizers, spear and shield) I designed and printed myself.

Doctor Arkeville Custom - My first time customizing a GI Joe figure, but it came out looking pretty good I think. I 3D printed his thinking cap and a piece for his forearm and made the hair with hot glue. I printed the base as well and it came out okay, but I might redo it in the future once I work the kinks out of the 3D process. I added some holographic paper inside the base to give it a little shine. If I make another version I might use magnets in it because the pegs are kind of a hassle.

Cybertron Diorama / Display Stand - I made a version of this a couple years ago, but it was kind of a hassle to paint and add all the details, so I never got around to making another one. I wanted to make a simple, cheap version and this is what I came up with. It's 5 VHS tapes, 2 sheets of sticker paper and some glue for a total cost of about $3.75 each. I did have to paint over the glue at the joints, but that only took a minute. It'll be super easy for me to make more now. The floors will stay the same and the stickers on the edges can be arranged to slightly change the look from piece to piece. The only thing I'd have to redesign each time would be the back sticker, but since I've got all the styles and brushes set up in photoshop now, that'll only take 15 or 20 minutes.

Flame squib prototypes. One is made on a magnet, the other is on a 5mm peg.

Exosuit Spike - I know this has been done by a bunch of people, but I had an extra Jazz, so I thought I'd take my crack at it.

I've been making improvements to this Optimus on and off for a couple years. I got the idea to move the wheels to the back from Alexcollier1980 on the TFW2005 forums a couple weeks ago. After taking the wheels legs out of the legs, I found some pieces to fill in the gaps. I thought the hollow wheels looked a little cheap, so I made inserts to fill them out. I also made a custom gun and axe. He can still transform, but he looks pretty crappy in vehicle mode, not that it was a great alt mode to begin with.

I had some leftover pieces from other customs I’ve done, so I put them together to make Nightracer. She doesn’t transform, but I think it looks pretty cool.

Rewind is one of my earlier customs from a years ago, so when I finally got around to making Eject I had some ideas for improvements, which I implemented on both figures. I spent a ridiculous amount of time designing the screens, and I think they came out okay, but I might go back later to improve the big ones so they fit better and are more sturdy. Sorry the pics are so crappy, I had to use my phone.

I don't generally dig animal Transformers, but this guy spoke to me, so I picked one up on sale. I thought the mane, swords and tail were a little plain, so I kicked them up a notch, plus added a few more paint details to the figure. I know the sakura flowers are a bit of a choice, but I figured it's a robot/ninja/lion that yells at you in Japanese, so all bets are off.

I re-purposed RID Sideswipe into Windcharger here. The head is made from a Prime Cliffjumper, styrene and apoxy sculpt. I also used apoxy sculpt to fill in that hood divot the QR faction sticker was in. And I made some decent stickers of my own for the chest, wheels, grill, feet and roof. I initially tried a faux rub sign on the hood to homage the G1 toy, but it didn't look right.

Custom Ravage - This is one of those $3 knockoff USB drives from eBay, which for what it costs is an alright figure, but I decided that some improvements could be made. I added a piece to fill the hole in his back and pieces to fill out his underside. I added teeth and missiles and modded the tail to give it a slightly greater range of motion. I went with the G1 cartoon for color scheme. I'm pleased with how this turned out and I'm going to get another one to do Steeljaw.

I thought Wreck-Gar was a little lop-sided with all his wheels hanging on the left, so I modded the front wheel to peg into his back and the rear leg to peg into his arm. This doesn't seem to affect his balance at all and he still transform, though the back wheel no longer turns.

I really didn't like the way the roofs of these guys sat up on the shoulders so I turned them into hand weapons to evoke their cartoon pile-drivers. And I painted them up a bit because I lost the stickers. I might go back later and try to paint Rumble's clear red parts purple. FIRRIB.

Custom Voyager Rodimus Prime And Targetmaster Firebolt - So here's my finished (more or less) Rodimus. He turned out a lot more G1 than I had originally anticipated, but I'm pretty happy with the result.
Due to the extensive modifications I made to his spine and arms he can't transform, but that also gave me the freedom to make his chest flames a separate part instead of the decal I had planned on using. I kind of picture the flames sliding together to hide the Autobot symbol if he had a car mode. I was originally going to use a spare Springer head, but changed my mind at the very last minute and I'm glad I did as I think this is a much more appropriate and distinct choice, especially if Rodimus is going on the shelf right next to Springer
I also added a custom weapon in the form of Targetmaster Firebolt. He's just a quick repaint of Holepunch.
