Anyone who says "baking is an exact science" needs to practice more. Today's adventure in #bread making: the last of the amaranth in the mason jar, half a can of unfinished ale found in the fridge, sourdough made from an over proofed batch of doughnut dough, some soured raw milk, a spoonful of salt, a dollop or raw honey, a dash of safflower oil, and a few cups of flour. And by the feel of this dough- I can guarantee it will be delicious.
