New AIO Series in the Works

Apparently FOTF has recognized the shortcomings of the original show. In their words “the resulting product was lackluster with flat character modeling and cartoonish character stereotyping.” The AIO team has a brand new series in the works. 3 episodes are so far in development for a budget of 1.8 million.

It’s graphics will be 2D rendered to look like 3D. Disney animator John Pomeroy is a consultant on the project. Among the characters sketches is Cunningham-Schultz. Maybe the team is animating old Odyssey episodes. Imagine an animated Blackgaard series done right! Sign us up!

Tangled the Series Sheet Music

Thanks to a tip, I’m going to encourage everyone the same way I have encouraged people to submit TTS ideas to Funko!

Hal Leonard is the one who usually publishes Disney tunes, and he has a request form where you can submit a request for sheet music! It doesn’t seem like he only takes one song at a time (unlike Funko), so you can submit for all the Tangled songs at the same time!

Note: This is not a guarantee that we’ll get the music, but this may be the best way to go about letting them know that we want it.

I made the post above the other day, then promptly deleted it because I wanted to verify that this was, in fact, the way to get the sheet music we want. Today, I got a response:

TANGLED IS NOT OVER YET

The Series might be over, but our next adventure has just begun! Don’t celebrate by mourning. Celebrate by flooding the tags with fanart and fanfics and reactions and memes! Tangled’s 10 Year Anniversary falls on November 24, 2020. Let’s not approach it with tired, sad eyes. Share and reblog this a thousand times over and never stop talking about Tangled. Let’s come in full force—en masse! Let’s give Tangled the greatest standing ovation any show has ever had!

Almost everyone has been really good, so far. I’m seeing more and more posts with finale spoilers, but they’re tagged, so I don’t mind. (What I’m really seeing is the blacklisted post notification. I’m still attempting to go into the finale blind.)

Please continue to be as courteous and considerate as you have been. I really, really appreciate this fandom and how, for the most part, respectful everyone’s being of everyone else. You guys are awesome. Let’s keep it up. It’s only for another week.

Also, can we all collectively say a prayer that the season 3 soundtrack doesn’t drop before Sunday?? The season 2 soundtrack dropped before Destinies Collide and destroyed the fandom, and I’m not strong enough to keep myself from listening to the songs in the finale.

Someone posted the episode description of “Plus Est En Vous” in the tags. I blocked the post before I could see who it was because I didn’t want to risk reading any of it.

PLEASE reconsider posting spoilers like that out in the tags where anyone can see it. I know a lot of people, myself included, don’t want to see the description to avoid all possible spoilers.
