This post is very much correct.

Other species of tank mates (and even unevenly sized together tank mates, as in a baby with an adult) can result in serious harm of your Axolotl.

Fish have been known to pick at axolotl skin and gills, causing harm. Even if you just have a bottom-dwelling fish, it’s still dangerous. The axolotl might also attempt to eat them among who knows what else.

For your axolotl and fishes safety—don’t.

This is Loc, he is my newest pet and Xochis tank mate, he is a younger wild type axolotl and seems to be almost full sized, as of now I’ve only had him for a few days.
