this episode deserves more love

why does nobody talk about the episode of house (dont ask me which number) in s5 where house is bothering wilson all episode and finds out his brother is in the psych ward. that was such a crucial hilson ep for me. house feeling guilty about prying. house agreeing to drive to nyc with wilson even though he was in the middle of a case. their conversation in the psych ward waiting room. ughhhh i hate them.
