Even if it’s painful. Even if it’s messy. Make space for peace, even if that means ultimately walking away - do it peacefully.

Even with the people you love and are in a great place with, say the unsaid. Double down on the things you do say. Tell them you are proud of them. Tell them how happy they make you.
