A thought exercise

Take a couple of minutes (to start with... explanation to come) to sit down and think about the amount of content we have gotten over the past 13 years from Jikook.

And why 2 minutes to start with?

Because if you start thinking about it and then trying to run through that content in your mind, 2 minutes, yeah, that won't do. If we would edit all of the Jikook moments we have, just video content and nothing else, we would have HOURS of them just Jikooking.

Just let it sink in.

Oh, and this is even without taking Are You Sure?! into consideration. That show alone is hours and hours of "what the actual fuck is that?These two are most definitley not just bros" content.

But I digress.

Yesterday I was going through the feels (with the whole maybe Jikook traveling to NY together camera bag and all, which was, ha ha ha, pretty much confirmed today), and watching a few of my favourite song edits again. So many moments. We talk about big moments, small moments, loud moments, subtle moments. So many of them. So many that we sometimes forget some of them.

And while doing that another thought just came to me.

Just how much they have given us over the years. So much. Some of it intentionally, purposefully, them telling us, showing us, wanting us to know. Some unintentionally, just because they can't help it, the way they just NEED to be in each other's orbit, or the way they just are with each other, like any other loving long term couple is. And as much as they might have sometimes wanted to hide it, yeah, that didn't really work out for them.

And when you take all of these documented moments (no editing, no slowmo, no mood music needed) and you add so much more we have as well, like selfies they shared, interviews, things they have said about each other, photo shoots or other non video content, it's actually quite overwhelming.

So many friggin puzzle pieces that just fit together and tell us there is NO WAY these two are anything else.

And it's continuous and constant and consistent.
