Ammy’s hops and barks paused momentarily at the sight of the dog. She tilted her head slightly as she looked the fluffy creature over a moment and decided against offering them a feed bag, like she usually would, for the time being.
There were far more important matters at hand to deal with first. The she-wolf’s dark eyes turn back to the woman as she barks again before darting forward a bit in the direction she could smell the flowers coming from. A short ways away Ammy paused and turned to face the woman again barking to get her attention hoping that the other would be able to understand that the goddess intended for her to follow along.
Your keen sense picked up the scent of fresh blooming flowers coming from the residential district! Could it be that's where the moogles are hiding?
Ammy had heard that there was trouble going on lately. Apparently some odd creatures call Moogles had stolen off with some much needed supplies for the festival that was to be held in the area.
Now, she wasn’t sure just what these creatures looked like exactly but she did know that these things has stolen gardening supplies. She’d been exploring around for a while when her ears perked and her nostrils flared. There! The smell of flower was unmistakable. Maybe that was the direction the Moogles had gone?
The she-wolf was just about to speed off in that direction when she had to halt in order to stop herself from running into to someone. The goddess did recognize the woman but she did recognize the look on her face. It was one of a person who was looking for something. Perhaps she was after these creatures too?
Then that meant she could be of help! Ammy began to slightly hop from one side to the other barking slightly as she did so as to get the woman’s attention and hopefully convey that she may have a lead as to where the Moogles might be so the other could follow.

The goddess was still rather unsure of the one before her, but the woman didn’t seem as though she wished ill. Ammy could also sense traces of magic about her as well, interesting.
The she-wolf gave a small nod in response to the request made, her hopes of finding someone to help her figure out just what was going on growing slightly. Though she still remained on guard, there was strong magic here, such that Ammy had never really feel before. It was a surprise and she was near happy to be in such a place but she greatly missed her homes and wanted to find a way back to then soon!
Certainly a strange wolf indeed. No sign of hostility, and how it responded. Well as much as a wolf could respond. “If you can understand me, nod at me.” She requested, squatting to her knees.
Maybe Solas would know something about this. He seems to be the master at the unknown. First time a wolf had responded in this way to her presence. Let alone greeting. Shapeshifter maybe? Rare ability, but the magic for such a thing was not unheard of.

The she-wolf paused in step as her ear twitched upon catching some strange sound coming from out of the sky. Dark eyes glance upwards as she sees some sort of unfamiliar creature headed right to them.
She growls and lowers herself into a fighting stance, making sure to stay in front of the other indicating an intent to protect. She didn’t know who this boy was or why he carried such a dark aura about him but she would not allow even him to get hurt! After all, whatever this was she did not like the looks of it! Her tail flicked out in a quick motion and unseen by any but her eyes a line ink was drawn across the creature. Then, in a blink the creature had been slashed as though cut by some invisible sword.
Vanitas wasn’t sure why he felt like he should be wary all of a sudden as they walked. Perhaps it was because he wasn’t sure he should be following some random stray….? Perhaps… it was something about this wolf that he’d encountered? The wolf definitely seemed far more intelligent then most wolves at any rate..
It was at this point his gaze turned to the sky again at a sound. “… Stupid thing..” He grumbled under his breath as the Unversed he’d sent off was finally returning to him down from the sky. Of course… he had no idea what it might look like to the wolf ahead of him. He saw his Unversed flying down from the sky.. it was no threat. He often forgot that he had the knowledge that they didn’t attack unless provoked or ordered to…

Ammy couldn’t help feel a little proud of herself at the comment and she showed it with a slight wag of her tail. She wasn’t surprised that someone who wished to learn the Brush Techniques now that they’s seen one work. The she-wolf wondered if this boy was an painter then? After all only painters of great talent would be able to learn even one technique. Like Issun!
The goddess whined softly and shook her head of the thoughts before they could be allowed to sadden her and simply nodded in response to the boy’s question instead standing ready to move once he began to lead the way.
“Oh!”
The vine surprised him, but only because it was so sudden. For this wolf of a higher power to be able to do something like this was not a surprise. These books would be much easier to handle while tied together like this. He understood what she was trying to convey, and with a nod placed the books on her back.
“That’s quite a useful power. I’ll have to try and figure out something like it!” Plant based abilities weren’t his thing, Joshua did live in a city after all. But his Imagination was inherently powerful enough that he should be able to figure out any Psych, or create one. Sure he was limited right now, but he still held power.
“Shall we get moving then?”

Ammy had been wandering around the mountains after having chased an imp into the area. She’d defeated it only to now find that she was lost in an unfamiliar area, though it did sort of remind her of the Northern regions of Nippon. But a little while of wandering told her that this wasn’t the case at all.
She did encounter a few people and had tried to ask for help only for some to either try and attack her or run away. She’d nearly given up for the day when her ears caught the sound of a voice calling out. Turning her head she spotted the woman who had spoken.
Ammy’s ears folded and she whined softly while glancing around as though to say that the only reason she was here was due to the fact she was lost.
@amaterasu-okami liked this for a starter
Rumor reached Naliena through her Commander of a strange white wolf outside Skyhold. Apparently it had frightened a few people. A wolf though? A task for the soldiers to take care of, right? Not to say this task was beneath her, but strange to mention this. Skyhold had been built in a mountain range. Animals were bound to turn up around Skyhold. Might as well look into it.
Cloak on over armor, Naliena patrolled the perimeter of Skyhold. Though it did not take that long to find this infamous wolf. Only one look and the Elf knew why this had been brought to her attention. Not exactly your average wolf. Only she did not feel threatened. Intuition maybe? Alert still needed to be up. “Why are you here?” She questioned, and fully not expecting a reply. A wolf was a wolf. To her it was a rhetorical question.
#minithread:Naliena#fromwycomewoods#minithread#sorry this took a while to get to!#thanks for the starter! :3

Another small huff of what could be easily taken as a laugh escaped the goddess as she began walking forward in the direction of the town. Again, sh didn’t know the girl of her sister but they way she spoke sounded rather amusing.
As the wolf walked she turned her gaze to look over the girl a bit better. How she hadn’t noticed before the presence of magic upon the girl the she-wolf didn’t know, but it was interesting none the less. With a small tilt of her head the goddess wondered how exactly to ask about that...for the time being she settled on gesturing to the staff the girl carried with a small questioning whine.
From what Ammy could tell the staff also held a magical presence so perhaps that is what the girl channeled her magic into?
[~ ☀ ~] How strange this creature was. If not a spirit than what? Puzzling indeed, but she hadn’t the time to really think over it. The wolf was moving and so was Bethany’s gaze following the creature. It’s body language and abrupt bark was more than enough to signal the mage that she was meant to follow.
“Oh…Sure why not? It can’t be any worse than following my sister anywhere.”

Ammy had a better idea in mind then merely carrying the books. One that would make thing far easier, for the both of them. First thing first, she glanced about to see if she could find a Konohana blossom, luckily there was one close by so with what appeared to be a mere flick of her tail a vine shot out towards to books and wrapped around them.
Though unseen, Ammy reacted quickly but cutting off the vine just before it could pull the books towards the blossom. Now all the books were tied together to prevent them from falling everywhere. Ammy then turned slightly and barked as though to tell the boy he could go ahead and place them on her back.
Wonderful, he had a divine wolf offering her help to him! Joshua crouched down so she could reach the top of his stack, “If you could carry one or two of these, that would be great.” She was offering, so why not? He didn’t bother to question whether or not she understood him, the nod gave him the answer to that.
“Try not to get saliva on them, if you can,” Joshua added. He doubted she would do something such as drool all over them, but still disliked the thought. Bodily fluids were quite disgusting in his opinion.

Ammy tilted her head to the side a bit, well that was a new name. At least it was better then ‘mutt’ or better yet ‘Fido’ so she really couldn’t complain much. She faces forward again and heads off towards the lake.
As she walked her gaze continued to move from the path ahead, to the sky, and back to the boy. She wondered just what it was he was apparently waiting for, no matter what though, the goddess kept up her guard just in case.
It would take a little bit to get to the lake, so they would be walking in a bit of silence for a while, but then Ammy never minded the silence, it was peaceful especially on such a nice day.
Vanitas wasn’t paying all that much attention currently to the wolf that had come up to him. He was more concerned with scanning the skies to see where the stupid thing had gone flying off to.
His attention was caught again as he blinked and looked over to hear the wolf barking again. He watched her for just a moment until he realized that she was trying to lead him somewhere. Curious, he decided he really couldn’t become any more lost then he already was so there was nothing to lose by following.
By the time she’d glanced back he’d caught up to her and raised an eyebrow. “Well, lead on then Cotton. Don’t exactly have anything better to do currently.” It was said in almost a teasing way as he gestured for her to go ahead. He wasn’t sure why he’d decided on ‘Cotton’ for what to call her.. but he supposed she looked soft enough to qualify.

Ammy was rather surprised that the boy was able to notice her marking so easily and speak so casually about it too. It was defiantly interesting. But perhaps it had to do with the strange presence the boy gave off as well.
He wasn’t a spirit that was for sure, not a fellow god either...she wasn’t all too sure really but the important thing was the fact that it was a presence of light.
She barked and nodded her head as he asked about why she approached him. Those books looked rather heavy and she could easily carry a few for him if needed.
Oof, these books were heavy! What was he thinking, taking so many out at once from the library? It wasn’t like he could read them all at once, and he hated straining himself! Oh well, at least he would be occupied for the rest of the day.
He felt the presence of the wolf before she barked, his power announcing the presence of a divine being. Joshua tilted his head towards her with an expression of curiosity, making note of the markings on her.
With a smirk, he said “Oh divine wolf, what might you possibly be gracing me with your company for?” he chuckled, “Are you asking if I need help?”

Well, more or less at least she wasn’t being confused for a mere spirit anymore. The she wolf tilted her head in thought, while she wasn’t sure which town the girl meant to return to the goddess did at least know of one close by the may or may not be the very location.
She nodded her head with a small bark in confirmation as she turned to walk in the direction of the town. She paused a short ways away and glanced back to make sure the girl had understood that she’d meant for her to follow along.
[~ ☀ ~] “This really isn’t helping any. It’s like playing charades….” Bethany let out a sigh. There wasn’t anything else to do though. It wasn’t like she had anywhere to go. She’d just been out following her sister for whatever strange reason she had wanted the young mage to come with.
She watched the other’s gestures. The motion to the sun and the proud pose the wolf took before it. Beth tilted her head to one side as she though. “So…not a spirit? You are something else though. Curious. Would you at least happen to know the way back to town? No point in waiting around for my sister. Either she’s back there or has gotten herself into trouble. And quiet frankly with the way I’m feeling she can just get herself out of of whatever predicament she’s put herself into.”

Ammy nodded in response to the first question and she shrugged at the second one. Likely there were some sort of wolves that were capable of such things, after all there were sparrows that ran an inn! But the goddess hadn’t personally met any so she couldn't say for sure.
With another bark and flick of her tail in a careful gesture, she hoped to convey that she herself at least loved to paint.
“Do you like art?” she asked, sensing somehow that she was being approved or complimented. “Do wolves make art where you’re from?” It was possible, she supposed; after all, she’d heard of worlds where owls were master craftsmen, and King Mickey was, well, a mouse.

By now the goddess was more then used to people needing a moment to understand her mannerisms. It was one of the annoying things about being in this form, humans couldn’t understand her. But hey, sometimes that was a good thing if she were being honest.
Unversed? That was a new term....she glanced up to the sky as the boy ddi but after not seeing anything looked back down at him. So, all he wished was to rest by the lake huh? Well, she wouldn’t judge after all it’s not like she didn’t often wander off to nap.
Thinking for a moment she soon turned in the direction she remembered seeing a lake. Glancing over her shoulder she barked to get the boy’s attention and nudged her head in the direction she was facing a moment in an signal to convey ‘this way’ before trotting forward a bit. She paused a short ways down and glanced behind her once more to see if he were following or not.
A blink in response to the short growl as he raises an eyebrow. “… Hmm.. can’t say I’ve met a dog… or… wolf or whatever that understood human speech well enough to take offense…”
He wasn’t sure why he felt like the canine in front of him was trying to see into his soul or something. It was a very odd feeling that… if anyone else had given it to him likely would have caused him to draw his keyblade. From the wolf in front of him though it was almost more… relaxed. He decided not to dwell on it.
He was pulled out of his musings when he heard the bark again and blinked, wondering what was going on. He paused for a moment, trying to take in the wolf’s features. “Uhh…. “ Maybe if he considered it like he would one of his Unversed he’d have a better chance…? He paused for a moment, thinking about it. Why was it easier with his Unversed!? He decided that the wolf looked.. concerned..? Curious..? Something like that. Perhaps of what he was doing here..? He hummed and glanced up again. “… Was just planning on dozing by the lake… but it seems I’ve gotten lost. Wish that stupid Unversed of mine would hurry it up already…” He grumbled the last comment as he searched the skies a bit longer. Still no sign of it..

Ammy glanced down at the pages in front of her. The art was defiantly very colorful that was for sure, and the girl had a style Ammy hadn’t seen before, after all she was used to the art styles of her home so it was rather interesting to see those outside of it.
Her tail wagging slightly the she-wolf glances back up to the girl and barks what could be taken as compliments to the girl’s skills.
“Oh, yes, I like to draw,” Naminé said, wondering if she was understanding this wolf correctly at all. She wished it could speak in a language she could understand; it would be a lot easier if it could. It was special after all–maybe magical, even, and she couldn’t help but wonder why it didn’t or couldn’t speak words she understood.
“Here, let me show you.” The girl pulled out her sketchbook and flipped it open. “It’s not much,” she admitted, “but I do like to draw.” These were actually much better than the stuff she’d had to draw for DiZ, but she felt she had a way to go.
