Wait wait wait HOLD ON...
Gwen said that in every universe, Gwen Stacy falls for Spiderman. So..if Ganke is e 42's Gwen Stacy, what if he never fell in love with Miles 42 bc he's the Prowler? Either that, or he just falls out of love, and because of it, "Gwen" in that universe doesn't die?

Sometimes I wish I could just stop thinking bc I was listening to Crack baby by Mistki, and I thought about Miles 42 losing his dad, and then I thought about how he might've reacted to his dad dying in front of him like how Miles 1610 did with uncle Aaron, and then I thought about how it would affect him, and then I thought about Ellie Williams from tlou, and then I thought about-
Edit: when I get my computer, I might start writing fanifics bc this is too good to go to waste

GUYS WHAT THE FLIP WHY WAS THE SEAT ON MY PLANE TICKET 42G😭
I feel like the universe is trying to tell me smth bc I keep seeing the number 42 everywhere.
First, it was the number for my order, then, it was the bus I walked past, THEN, WHEN I OPENED MY PHONE IT WAS MY BATTERY. THIS FUCKING NUMBER IS DRIVING ME CRAZY.
I've been having this thing lately where things from the past suddenly become really relevant in the present for some reason. It's the most random things too... and whenever I see the number 42 it just makes me think of atsv😭
Is this a fucking sign????? Now I'm starting to get a REALLY BAD FEELING about btsv. Don't get me wrong, I don't think it's gonna be bad, I KNOW it's gonna be amazing. But I just have a feeling in my gut that tells me something absolutely gut wrenching, heart stopping, depressing, heart breaking, woeful, wretched, tragic, traumatic, agonizing, and absolutely upsetting thing is going to happen in E-42.
I know for a FACT I am gonna leave the theater drenched in my own tears.

I thought about how in the comics, everyone thinks Miles and Ganke are dating, and I'd like to think that would happen to movie Miles and Ganke too.
But then I thought "What if Miles and Ganke were technically dating in E 42, but everyone thinks they aren't because they're distanced in some way?" Like they care about eachother, but they fight all the time about how Miles is the Prowler and wouldn't tell Ganke why he came back to the dorm all battered and bruised, or about how Ganke can't work with him because it would put him in danger if he got involved. They end up ignoring eachother after fights or just make little remarks.
Everyone thinks they hate eachother, but they don't. They love eachother, and they care about eachother, but the way they show how much they care is through their fights.
...
Can someone please confiscate my phone I can't stop thinking about them and writing about them just HURTS

I've seen a post about Ganke being Miles 42's Gwen Stacy, and I actually love that theory.
A way that this could actually work in the story, is Ganke not being dead in that universe. To work as some sort of proof that cannon events can change.
Like how Peter B got back with his MJ and had a kid. That wouldn't have ever happened if that Peter never met Miles 1610.
Or, what if Ganke in earth 42 is dead, along with Jeff?
Miles 42 would just have the Spiderman mentality without actually being Spiderman. Thinking that everything that he's lost was all his fault, and instead of making up for it, he takes it out on other people, being the Prowler.
Like how Miles 1610 does not have the Spiderman mentality. His dad didn't die. He didn't hear the words "With great power, comes great responsibility." He didn't experience the hardship other Spiderpeople had to go through, therefore he doesn't think like them either. If anything, he (probably) has The Prowler mentality. He thinks like his uncle, but he still does good as Spiderman.
I think I went a bit off track with this post because I was literally just writing down my thoughts, but it was still nice to get out.
And I appreciate any feedback you guys give me at all. It's the main reason I share my thoughts here, so feel free to share😊

Okay, I actually love this theory, and I can't believe I didn't stop to think about how Ganke could've really felt about it. I'm almost jealous that you thought about this before me.
Whether this is MilesGanke or not, this theory fits really well! As I've said in another theory, they hardly have any time together anymore, but when they do have time, it's probably all just Spiderman stuff. They don't have time to be best friends anymore.
Now it's just Spiderman and HIS guy in the chair, and Ganke doesn't want that. He wants to be able to be normal with Miles, or atleast as normal as it could get. He wants to brush aside all the helping Spiderman shit just because he wants Miles to actually see him as a friend again.
What is the reason why 1610 Ganke says "I'm not your guy in the chair"???
From what I've seen in the comics, he's really happy to help Miles, and he was (probably) a Spiderman nerd before Miles even became Spiderman, so what was with the sudden change??
Maybe it's because Ganke wanted more time for himself because he had his own life. Before Ganke said the line, he mentioned nothing about the risks of being involved, like possibly getting hurt, only things that took up a lot of time. Getting hurt was never what he worried about. But again, from what I've seen, Miles and Ganke in the comics are so close. Ganke gets to help a superhero, and Miles finally has someone he can reveal himself to, and can freely explore his new powers with without having to worry about anything. There dynamic is absolutely beautiful, without a single doubt in my mind.
SO WHAT GIVES??
Why would Ganke NOT want to help him anymore?
So I've been thinking... and I remembered something.
1610 Miles was originally supposed to be the Prowler, so it could be possible that Ganke was also supposed to help him with it. Y'know, being a villain and all. But that wouldn't really make any sense either. Why the fuck would Ganke want to help Miles defeat probably his favorite superhero?
Then I thought, if Ganke was supposed to help the Prowler, wouldn't he have been set up to be a villain too? Like he had some sort of origin story that led him into wanting to help the villain, and maybe during the 1 year time skip between the 1st and 2nd movie, something happened that only encouraged it even more.
...or it really could just be Ganke being incredibly lazy. I don't know.
What do you guys think?

(#42 theory part 2)
Apparently the number 42 means something about "finding one's purpose", and it just made me think, what if we find all the answers in E-42??
Like, I've seen theories on YT about how Miguel is wrong about the whole cannon events thing, and that the real problem is ppl going through different dimensions(ILY MatPat)
So I've basically been thinking, what if someone just spurts the answer out in a random conversation, then suddenly, everything makes sense??
"This isn't how this is supposed to go."
"Who said anyone had to be anything? We're just who we are."
And the real purpose was just for everyone to be "themselves" or smth.
I probably could've explained this a lot better, but it's way past my bed time and I can't stop thinking about my spiderverse theories 😭

I know my theories are starting to seem a bit far fetched but like...
Tumblr media
...do you guys think this has something to do with earth 42?
Maybe in the 3rd movie, Miles 42 will somewhat start to learn about how he was originally supposed to be a hero and will start to become one, or maybe he was never a villain at all. Maybe he always stuck to his original purpose to be a hero, and just did it as the Prowler.
Guys I think the movie date being moved around and not being comfirmed is making me delusional help😣
(Number 42 theory part 1 ig????)

I saw your shoe theory thing, and it got me really thoughtful and inspired on some things (I'm starting to get obsessed with MilesGanke help)
Thoughtful because it's SO real that people usually steal things/do things that annoy a person they want close because they want that person's attention, so I'd imagine that this isn't the first time Ganke does something like that. And now that we think about it, imagine if he did something similar to that as a daily routine, and it's cute and sad at the same time (and we all know why).
"So I just punched his face and- wait, is that my hoodie?"
"What?"
"OH COME ON"
LMAOOOO💀 if this doesn't come up in the third movie in some sort of shape or form, I will be a bit disappointed

Shoe theory (part 3🤯)
In part 2, I said that Ganke stole Miles's shoes to get his attention, which now that I think about it, fits REALLY WELL. In that scene, Miles didn't even look at him until he realized Ganke had his shoes. He was in a rush, so it made sense. But if Miles was busy all the time, with school, Spiderman stuff, etc, then he'd probably have basically no time for Ganke.
Hypothetically, let's say Ganke really does have a crush on Miles. For your crush to have almost little to no time for you, despite basically living with them, kinda hurts. Ganke likely hasn't said anything about it, and Miles is probably completely oblivious to his feelings, so this has probably been going on for awhile.
Out of desperation, since Ganke maybe doesn't have the confidence to just say it, he gets his attention by doing things that annoys Miles. I'm pretty sure things you don't like are more noticeable than things you do like. So Ganke doing little things like stealing shoes just to get something, any kind of attention from Miles, is really just kinda sad.
I've seen this in real life, and the fact that it never really worked out for those people, kinda makes me a bit worried for Ganke.
