Cover the nori with a thin layer of sushi rice, leaving about an inch of space at the top. Line up two shrimp in a row along the nori's bottom edge. With care, roll the sushi onto the bamboo mat and gently press it into a tight cylinder shape. Make sure the shrimp tempura rolls are covered evenly in the tempura batter before dipping them in it. Tempura rolls should be fried in hot oil until they are golden brown and crispy. Once done, take them out and drain on paper towels. Cut each tempura roll into eight equal pieces. Add a thin slice of avocado to the top of each slice. Take soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi and put them on top of the dragon roll sushi shrimp tempura rolls.

Let the cupcakes cool for 5 minutes in the pan, then move them to a wire rack to cool all the way down. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top of the cupcakes after they have cooled. Serve and have fun!

Instructions: Melt the dark chocolate and add the chocolate cake crumbs to a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly until the mixture resembles dough. Make six equal portions of the chocolate dough, then press each portion into a silicone hemisphere mold so that each one has a hollow shell. To set, place in the refrigerator for twenty minutes. Stir in sea salt. Let cool slightly. Place chopped dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Pour warm heavy cream over the chocolate. Let sit for 1 minute, then stir until smooth and shiny. Instructions: Add olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to a small bowl and mix them together using a whisk. Fill a small dish with water and pour the marinade over the flank steak. For the best flavor, let it sit for at least 30 minutes or overnight. Set the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat to heat it up. Take the steak out of the marinade and throw away the extra marinade. Grill the steak for four to five minutes on each side, or until it's done the way you like it. While the steak is cooking, thinly slice the vegetables lengthwise so they are ready to be rolled up. Let the steak rest for a few minutes after it's done before cutting it against the grain into thin slices. To make a roll-up, lay out a steak slice and add some vegetable slices to one end. If you need to, use a toothpick to keep the roll together. Do it again with the rest of the steak and vegetables.
