No they are like in charge of everything if that makes sense. Where Nicholes is an artistic director is in charge of creative decisions and organising the ballet. They are in charge of EVERYTHING they most defiantly have people below them who handle the day to day operations of say like the bar and advertising but they still awnser to Jack and Genevieve and then they both awnser to board of trustees. But even a creative director would have people who work under them. Like Tobias who creates the Dances.
