my dearest blorbo and dnd character. shes a tiefling paladin and her campaign is set in Exandria (same setting as the critical role campaigns). She wields Ruin's Wake, an arm of the betrayer made by Gruumsh. Her horn and arm got cut off by the campaigns BBEG and she got it replaced with a mechanical arm. shes so normal guys so normal shes a normal person-

Ive been playing her for a few years now, and while the campaign is slow going and has slowed down recently shes always on my mine im always rotating her, i think the world needs more wide big fluffy tieflings

16: Are they good at self soothing? what do they do?

Detective Felix Quinn, the Maned Wolf:

Hes okay at self soothing! despite everything hes one of the more emotionally stable characters in this setting. Hes a police detective so he probably occasionally has mandatory therapy or at least psych evaluations, so he would have learned a few techniques and also has someone to talk through and process his experiences and emotions. I bet he loves lists and sheets so he would probably write out all his negative e,otions in a list and then make a flow chart which of these he can do something about currently and which not. effectively clearing his head and actually confronting the feeling to some extent. then he gets some ice cream and bundles up and plays video games c: (i bet he loves point and click games and organizing/strategy games like satisfactory or cities skylines)

14: An emotional trait that doesnt get much visibility/attention

Hmm… hes very organized and he does take pride in doing his work well. to the point where its definitely arrogance, he thinks hes invaluable and he rather does things himself bc he thinks others cant do as well of a job as him. he used to also be very competetive. when he was younger he was both cocky/arrogant and competetive! now that hes older and the only agent at his workplace and also been thru so much, its been toned down and he can hide it very well behind professionalism but at his core he is still incredibly arrogant and also so sure of himself that he can do anything.

17: If they could change one thing about themselves, what would it be.

If you asked HIM directly, he would say „nothing ;)“ because he is just that much of an asshole. if you looked into his brain…. theres probably actually not much about himself he wants to change. hes weirdly caught up between his aforementioned arrogance, and some ‚if i die then i die‘ numbness. theres so much wrong with him but he thinks he has a really good handle on it and its all under control. he does have some survivors guilt/regret in relation to his dead former partners but aside from wishing he would have done things differently i dont think it would lead to him wanting to change anything about hs current self. everything he thought was bad behaviour on his side, like a lot of his youth cockiness, he has already gone and changed.

physically…. he thinks hes hot shit. if he could change anything about himself physically it would probably to make his fur perfectly evenly white on his ears - it grows in a beige tan color on his ears which he dyes over in green. the brown reminds him of his family so he would like to get rid of that connection.

19: Name one happy memory

The day he met the girl who would later become Agent Martini, when th3y were both like 11 years old and matched up against each other in a martial arts tournament. The game ended in a draw but they both werent satisfied with it so they later mutually decided to beat each other to death in the parking lot, outside of the martial arts rules (mojito lost). Funny enough it is overall a happy memory for him.

Another one would be finishing the Agencys base training course with Martini and Margarita, and their subsequent time as Agents together as they got promoted again and again and went on many missions between the three of them. Many happy memories were created in that time!

20: What do they want right now?

He wants things to stay the same. He wants to be the best of the Agency, forever, wants to go on his missions alone and excel in them, forever, his family to be safe and out of the way and his boss relying on him solely. He wants to keep filing away his emotions and memories so he can keep being functional and a good weapon forever. Unfortunately, the world is not like that, and change is inevitable.

(which, funny enough, is also the base setup to his story im writing, and it all starts out when he loses his eye and it inevitably sets off a chain of changes he very much does not like and works so hard to stop them and restore his status quo.)

1: What would their Minecraft house look like?

Apart from the fact that Mojito is incredibly unlikely to play any video games, it would probably be fairly utilarian. Super smelter, big storage, a bed and a crafting bench all in one room. He‘d probably redstone automate a lot of things. aesthetically it would be tall and dark but the walls would be very plain, theres not a lot of decoration. lots of dead space with the smelter and storage just kind of sitting in there rather than being integrated in the design

12: What emotions are they most likely to cry from?

Thats a tough one…. Mojito has purposefully been repressing and filing away all emotions ever so he can be perfectly numb and dead looking and focus on his job. If he were to cry it would probably be from physical pain, or from frustration/anger if he was really pushed to his limits (like being betrayed or his world crumbling apart)

16: are they good at self soothing? what do they do?

mojitos good at…. not necessarily soothing, but packing away his emotions to make space for work. (note this is not very healthy coping mechanism of him and will one day come back to haunt him horribly). he has a technique for falling asleep in any circumstance despite noise or emotions/thoughts, like the military does. but again thats just pushing things to the side. when he has a day off he often goes to visit seminars or workshops to learn new skills, goes to pubs and clubs and raves, finds someone random to spend a single night with and then ghost them, anything to not have to spend time alone with his thoughts and feelings. he goes to the agencys gym and shooting range or does paperwork. he constantly keeps himself busy to not have to face himself, i guess you could call that SOME form of soothing/coping mechanism. he also hides all his true feelings in layers and layers of sarcasm, banter and fake sweet smiles when talking to people.

tldr, hes the worst to ever do it <3
