Sethoscara Week Day 2: Hanahaki

In this take, they both developed hanahaki since they have differing attractions towards each other. Sethos is kind of based on my own experience with queerplatonic feelings (feeling something as intense as a crush but difficult to define or reciprocate). But I imagine they'll eventually come to some sort of understanding with themselves and with each other and heal from the disease.
