Exercising gives me control

One of the reasons why I exercise is because I feel it gives me control over one aspect of myself. You can only control the way you appear so much and I was sick of being unhappy with so much about myself so I did something about it. A consequence of that has been becoming more productive, feeling healthier, and becoming more confident.
