unfazed by the loud smack echoing through the room from the guidebook landing on the table, minjun blinked at poppy with no expression when she offered her excuse. of course he was well aware of her distaste for studying, but this was his biggest hobby, his passion if he were honest – was he wrong to assume she’d try because of that? “cliff notes? for dnd?” he scratches his sideburns in thought, wondering how he’d make this easier for her to digest. “okay… we can keep this campaign very short & simple. did you fill out the character stats page i sent you? that’ll help shape our game.” he gave her a pointed look, knowing she might have forgotten about it as soon as they parted ways last time. “but for you we can figure things out as we go.”
