Oh my word it's been a while since I've read a book for pleasure and this sure was a great way to get myself back into the game. First of all Kresley Cole is an absolute PNR goddess and her Immortals After Dark series is pure perfection. Secondly, and this is a bone of contention of mine, it is so hard to find good, quality m/m romances out there but this book definitely hit the nail on the head. It was so beautifully written and the characters so well developed that the storyline didn't seem to revolve around the fact that our protagonists are gay (as most m/m fiction disappointingly tends to lean toward) but rather on the plot and the plight of the protagonists. A definite must read for all who enjoy a nice, juicy m/m steak -in addition to a well-rounded plot- and those who would possibly be interested in delving into this great genre. 🌟🌟🌟🌟 stars from me☺
