Grand total of 115 calories for this big bowl. I was kind of scared of the Shirataki noodles because I saw most people said it has no flavor while some said it tastes like fish. Let me tell you. IT TASTES LIKE WATER. For 0 calories, no gross flavor, filling?? Sign me up. I would totally recommend.

JICAMA TORTILLAS!
As the package says, each “tortilla” is only 8 calories! That’s less than 1/5 of the calories of a normal corn tortilla. The texture is a bit off, but heating them up slightly and filling them with flavorful veg/tofu makes them a wonderful substitute.
These posts are not meant to encourage restricted eating. I believe that those who greatly restrict their calories should have access to low calorie recipes/foods, because eating small amounts of these foods is better than the alternative of them not eating at all… Stay safe, nourish your body, drink water. I’m always here for anyone who needs to talk.

why do you need to eat 1000 cals if you’re going to exercise?
i'm glad you asked!
and the reason why is actually very simple. your. body. needs. fuel.
"well, my body can burn off my fat and use it as fuel!" it already does that!!! but you're expecting your body to do something EXTREME. negative calories & exercising while restricting will shut down your WHOLE BODY before you'll achieve your skinny goals.
your heart burns approx. 420 cal while resting. your muscles need more oxygen while exercising, that's why your heart beats faster, it's trying to distribute more and more oxygen to your tissues. when your heart rate increases, it starts to burn more calories. (unless you're a very athletic person/fitness professional who work out everyday, who naturally have slow heart rates.)
your brain burns 500 calories everyday.
even if you do absolutely nothing, you'll burn more than 1100 cals.
the day i was hospitalized, i'd burned 400 calories and i'd only had 100 cals beforehand. i couldn't eat anything else that day because i was intubated. i'm 19 and i have a huge fear of death. that's what ed does to you.
ever since, i don't work out if i don't eat at least 1000 cals. and even 1000 calorie is deficit. i know no one's going to take my advice but i'll still say it. eat 1500+ cals if you're going to work out.
EAT 1500+ CALS IF YOU'RE GOING TO WORK OUT.
