“Mmm… Yes, an interesting design, Felix. However, I’m still awaiting your decision. Where will you set up residence and with whom? Though, my facilities remain open to you per our agreements. And… What is this about strawberries?”

Startled, Felix quickly pulled earbuds out and stood, pushing his chair out hopefully not into the Seraph standing behind him. Once he did however realize who had called on him, he rolled his eyes, and turned back to his desk, pulling the offending strawberry-related post-it off the wall and stuffing it into his shirt before facing her again.

“Well, part of what I’m working on is to help come to a decision on the matter. The boot - is moreso just a design... prototype... of sorts. I was going to see how much hextech I can attach to it before it becomes cumbersome.���

“I’ve confirmed I can stay at Spero’s embassy, but you know I don’t want to be cooped up there. Therefore, let’s suppose I find some other place to stay whilst I find my feet again. Millsey will, without a doubt, send people after me. So, I must be ready to defend myself - hence the boots. They’re going to be able to mitigate friction to a degree, on activation - like riding around on rollerskates without the wheels. I was thinking of other things too... such as some kind of jetpack or wings. Escape capabilities - but then also nonlethal weaponry, to go with those.”

He picked up his drink and finished it off, set the boot to one side with his off-hand to show her the designs. He pointed to each in turn, lifting up papers to reveal the blueprints underneath.

“I hope you don’t mind if I took inspiration from the Seraphs. The whole thing seems rather fitting... You are, in your own words, a fallen angel. And here we cross, with myself travelling the other way - In a sense. If you wanted to use any of this it should be a trivial affair to change the colour scheme - but then I’d be associated with you, for using the same design and equipment. - and it... ah, wouldn’t be free.”

Been 2 years now. Long time... long time. Does anyone remember me? Did anyone care in the first place? Questions that'll only lead to more bad Omens. Glad to see your arts improved (like, a lot. Not lying wasn't impressed at first, but you've done fantastic with it since then!) Keep thinking back to when I was central to the community. Like, really core. You were there, so was Styx; and Pylon; and Riven; and a hell of a lot of other people. Will I send this? I don't know. Flipping the coin here-

Indefinite Hiatus

There's too much on my plate. I hate to do this. Again. I hate to leave threads unfinished, prompts unanswered, starters unwritten. Last week's motivation died with registering for UCAS. I love roleplaying, but I'm just too busy to do it on a place like Tumblr currently, and gaming just feels so much more accessible and so much less hassle. I don't need to heckle people to play a single player game. I thought my time on here would last more than a year. It hurts, I hate it, but there's nothing to be done. It's just less stress on me, one less thing to worry about. Maybe after I get out of NCS/summer school/whatever you want to call it. I'll try. I wish I could offer promises. I can still roleplay on Skype. Message me if you want my details.
