No, all Stalinite red fash are just as bad as Nazis.
What bothers me about MLs is that they can’t understand legitimate critique of the soviet union or whatever, they just pretend every critique is US propaganda and the act like anarchists are a plague! anarchists are the dumb ones!

All “countries“ are fascist, but Nazi China is especially fascist. The US is bad but it is at least against Chinese fascism, whereas the countries that support China are fascist enablers
There’s no genocide in xinjiang.
There should be over 6 thousand different sized facilities in the province of xinjiang, not 380 small elementary school-sized structures, so much like schools in fact that the australian group australian strategic policy institute — that is funded by the united states government and united states military contractors such as lockheed martin — was churning out hundreds of satellite photos and screaming that they were all “concentration camps” in china that turned out to be schools, apartment complexes, nursing homes, which all have fences and look ominous in a satellite photo;
https://www.aspi.org.au/sponsors
These facilities can hold an average of 505 students, so there’s no en masse genocide.
The industry required to detain three million people like sources claim would require roughly ten thousand full security prisons constantly operating at maximum capacity in xinjiang alone, billions of yuan and would have a large impact on the economy, which has doubled in the last decade in xinjiang.
And second, there would be literally tens of thousands of videos and likely hundreds of thousands fleeing from china to its many neighboring countries, of which there is none.
The reason for the re-education facilities is a history of domestic terrorism dating back to the 1990s, predominantly from uyghur muslims in the area that were radicalised in the nearby middle east, the facilities have been built to combat this, and terrorism has dropped, these types of facilities have been used this way before, in france in may 2016 or kazakhstan in 2019, and are no different in nature from the desistance and disengagement programme of the united kingdom, or the de-radicalisation centers in france.
Xinjiang terrorist organizations made up of uyghur muslims are radicalised to believe in religious extremism, enforce traditionalism, separatism from china and then plan terrorist attacks on civilians, for example a total of 31 civilians were killed and 141 injured in march 2014.
“Between 1996 and 2002, we, the united states, planned, financed, and helped execute every single uprising and terror related scheme in xinjiang (aka east turkistan and uyhurstan) and between 1996 and 2001, we, the united states, planned and carried out at least two assassination schemes against pro russian officials in azerbaijan.”
- sibel edmonds, fbi whistleblower, friends-enemies-both?” boiling frogs post, 2010.
Throughout the 1990s, hundreds of uyghurs were transported to afghanistan by the central intelligence agency for training in guerrilla warfare by the mujahideen, and when they returned to xinjiang, they formed the east turkistan islamic movement and came under çatlı’s expert direction, graham fuller, cia spy, offered this explanation for radicalizing the chinese muslims: “the policy of guiding the evolution of islam and of helping them [muslims] against our adversaries worked marvelously well in afghanistan against the red army, the same doctrines can still be used to destabilize what remains of russian power, and especially to counter the chinese influence in central asia”.

She is a tankie. She likes Maoism. In her eyes, “another world” means one controlled by the Red Bureaucracy dictatorship where the rest of us are slaves.
“Our strategy should be not only to confront empire, but to lay siege to it. To deprive it of oxygen. To shame it. To mock it. With our art, our music, our literature, our stubbornness, our joy, our brilliance, our sheer relentlessness—and our ability to tell our own stories. Stories that are different from the ones we’re being brainwashed to believe. The corporate revolution will collapse if we refuse to buy what they are selling—their ideas, their version of history, their wars, their weapons, their notion of inevitability. Remember this: We be many and they be few. They need us more than we need them. Another world is not only possible, she is on her way. On quiet day, I can hear her breathing.”
— Arundhati Roy, World Social Forum, Porto Alegre, Brazil (via lehaaz)

“As for myself, and I make no bones about it, I have given my all to political disorganization, not out of revolutionary impatience, not out of love for some empty notoriety, not out of ambition, envy or hatred, but in anticipation of inevitable backlash and, in every instance, out of the certainty I had that democracy could achieve nothing of any good through the governmental hypothesis to which it persisted in clinging. As for the masses, meager though their intelligence might be and weak though I know their virtue to be, I found them less frightening in the midst of anarchy than at the ballot box.”
— Pierre-Joseph Proudhon, 1848

“At the dances I was one of the most untiring and gayest. One evening a cousin of Sasha, a young boy, took me aside. With a grave face, as if he were about to announce the death of a dear comrade, he whispered to me that it did not behoove an agitator to dance. Certainly not with such reckless abandon, anyway. It was undignified for one who was on the way to become a force in the anarchist movement. My frivolity would only hurt the Cause. I grew furious at the impudent interference of the boy. I told him to mind his own business. I was tired of having the Cause constantly thrown into my face.
I did not believe that a Cause which stood for a beautiful ideal, for anarchism, for release and freedom from convention and prejudice, should demand the denial of life and joy. I insisted that our Cause could not expect me to become a nun and that the movement would not be turned into a cloister. If it meant that, I did not want it. “I want freedom, the right to self-expression, everybody’s right to beautiful, radiant things.” Anarchism meant that to me, and I would live it in spite of the whole world — prisons, persecution, everything. Yes, even in spite of the condemnation of my own closest comrades I would live my beautiful ideal.”

Stop expecting me to defend democrats: an infographic.
(sorry, I wouldn’t know how to begin to offer an image description for this one.)
(Before any Americans go “Must be nice to live in the Netherlands, all those semi-leftwing parties to vote for!”… this is like less than half of the parties we have, and no it isn’t that nice. None of those parties on the semi-left ever get any power and half of them are racist. Our actual governments suck too because electorism is as rigged in favor of the interests of the rich here as everywhere else.)
(I’m being generous to some of the ‘left wing’ parties here by placing them in or near the center while they’re pretty openly pro-capitalism)

My dearest love,
Time stretches on as we pass the one year mark of quarantine. Little brings me joy anymore. The old books have lost their luster, and their curled pages feel too worn to comfortably handle. Memes have lifespans shorter than mayflies, and I no longer have the energy to keep up. I've resorted to posting contrarian takes on Adorno and Bordiga, just for the backlash. Maybe it will make me feel something again.
I am surrounded by dust and faded memories. I miss you more than I can express.
My heart with yours,
L

The rather famous (among anarchist circles) site, https//anarchy.works, has gotten an update somewhat recently, in which an almost 3000-page long “FAQ” section was added. I fully intend to wrestle my way through the totality of it sooner or later, but from what I’ve read of it so far? It’s an excellent source of answers to commonly asked questions and frequent “critiques” of anarchism.
