I haven't read anything in forever because I've become obsessed with dragon age veilguard. I'm on my second playthrough and will definitely play it two more times at least (I need to romance emmrich as a mourn watch warrior (I think) and neve as a shadow dragon. I played a shadow dragon in my first but romanced harding and right now I'm a crow romancing hardened neve. which is amazing but I want to romance her when she's unhardened too)
I'm going to play the other games first tho bc I haven't lol. so far all I know I'm gonna romance Morrigan but that's it bc tbh i know nothing about the other games' plots at all
I love this game sooo much tho so I hope I love the other ones too. I've heard a lot that people like the other games more so I hope I can get past the older graphics lmao

i hope that offscreen between seasons rand tells the other emond's fielders about anvaere and barthanes, because they would LOVE to get the gossip on moiraine's family. it's like finding out your teacher has a life outside of school. for that matter, rand had to have clocked siuaraine as well after the waygate scene, so he's got a whole lot of tea to bring to the others (although he's a good boy and a good son, so he might deem this latter encounter too private and keep it to himself).

Remember how at the end of The Dragon Reborn, Ishamael wrapped Moiraine in black lightning and she screamed and Ishy hurled her across the room into a column where she lay unconscious for the whole duration of the book's final confrontation and then that was just never mentioned again and she was completely fine ?? Not on my watch 🤨
