Andy’s breathing is ragged as she falls to the ground. Her vision is blurred, and she can taste metallic blood on their mouth. Their blood. Every breath she takes is pained and haggard, as she reaches for the god who’s made her this way.

Zeus.

Another lightning bolt sends waves of heat and pain shooting through her body. Her vision blurs again, this time with red as blood fills her eyes from the wound in her head. She won’t last long, she knows this.

The ground meets her faster than they expect. It’s cold and hard and unyielding. She can feel her energy draining out of her—or was that her life?

Persephone looks between the two, and back to Hades, and Andy waits for the verdict.
