w... wait hold on... jotaro was SEVENTEEN during his whole arc?? I THOUGHT HE WAS LIKE 25!

jotaro was only 17 in part 3 and it ruined his entire life, and i think about this all the time

at risk of reading too much into arakis work, whose deepest message may simply be ‘big men punch really good and hard,’ part three really did a number on jotaro and took what was an already burgeoning tendency to self-isolate and made it into a full fledged complex that set him down the path to a bad end and im still not over it!!!

Kakyoin wakes up a lot earlier than Jotaro does, especially the night after he comes home from a business trip. Kaks takes advantage of this and sketches Joots while he sleeps. It’s nice to see him gentle, still and cute.

“I like to call this sketch ‘A Grumpy Grizzly,’” Kakyoin says to Jotaro, who is still half asleep and all bed headed.

“Good grief, why did I marry a weirdo like you?”
