Just some pirate living their best life...
At least someone can enjoy warm summer days, unlike me (the weather in my country sucks right now)...
Alexandra took her houseboat and left Riverblossom Hills behind, heading to Desiderata Valley to start a new life and leave her regrets in the past.
*The houseboat was originally created by Lesya Sun. I’ve made a few design changes, but since her Simblr has been banned, I can't provide a download link — sorry!

A wedding that took place and a broken engagement
Upon returning from their vacation, Dina and Mortimer threw a wedding fit for royalty. The celebration unfolded on the grand grounds of the historic castle, where guests poured in from near and far, and tables sagged under the weight of lavish food and flowing drink. Naturally — would Dina have accepted anything less?

Darren, remembering Cassandra’s failed wedding, believed the moment had finally come to claim a place in her heart — a heart still bearing the emptiness Don had left when he abandoned her at the altar. When Darren pulled out a box with a ring as a surprise at dinner at his place, he at first thought that Cassandra's eyes lit up with delight, but… the next second it became clear that she was not ready to say yes.

Ophelia does not want her aunt's legacy
Ophelia had always known her aunt, Olive Specter, was peculiar — but as she grew older, her aunt’s eccentricities became more glaring… and far more unsettling.
Though Olive genuinely tried to establish a connection with her niece — not just to build a strong family relationship, but to eventually share her secret knowledge of the otherworld — Ophelia resisted at every turn.
Yes, the questions haunted her: Who was buried in the yard? Who did Olive speak to behind closed doors at night? What was hidden in the basement? But Ophelia feared the answers more than she wanted to get them. It was easier to bury her curiosity than to confront what might be unearthed.
She counted the days until university, clinging to the opportunity of escape — of leaving behind the unease that clung to her aunt’s house like a heavy fog. In the meantime, she found solace in her friends, the only people she could confide in without fear.

Dina and Mortimer: The Proposal and the Pre-Wedding Journey
Mortimer was afraid to rush into getting closer to Dinah, as if he felt that he was betraying Bella (even despite the rumors circulating around Pleasantview about her infidelity). However, the more time passed, the more the ray of hope that one day his wife would be found, who had disappeared without a trace, faded, and in the end Mortimer decided that it was time to move on.
At his son's sixteenth birthday party, he announced that a new stage of life was now beginning not only for Alexander, but also for himself and Dina. Mortimer proposed to her in front of the entire family at the height of the celebration, which undoubtedly pleased Dina, who had been eagerly awaiting this day. And in order to ease the stress and tension from the pre-wedding bustle, the couple decided to go on vacation to the islands, so that later they could take up the preparations for the wedding ceremony with renewed vigor.

Lilith's move to Oldie
Angela and Lilith had never gotten along well, but their relationship had become particularly tense lately. The final straw was a serious fight, which Mary-Sue, fortunately or unfortunately, was caught in.
The girls' parents knew that this could not continue. The situation was made even more difficult by Mary-Sue's condition — she was pregnant, and the extra stress was having a bad effect on her condition. Therefore, it was decided that Lilith would move in with Mary-Sue's adoptive parents, Herb and Coral Oldie, for now.
However, family problems and excessive workload at work (Mary-Sue is not one to go on maternity leave early) still affected the woman's health, and she lost the child. Daniel tried to support his wife as best he could, but the whole situation was too much pressure on him, and he just wanted to escape all of this.

Hi! I was wondering if you’d be able to upload your Goth house remodel, or at least post arial views of the floor plan please? I love the layout you designed!
Hi! Sorry, I won't upload this one because I didn't build it on the clean lot, I literally remade the original building from Pleasantview so the lot already contains info about my Goth family characters. I don't want to risk causing any damage to someone else's game.
But sure I can show you the floor plan :)
I also recommend watching this speed build video, which inspired me.

I've also prepared a list of some CC I used for this lot but sure it's not full so feel free to ask me WCIF and I'll try to help find the content which is not mentioned. (Maybe I will also add new links to this list in the future.)

I'm in love with your Wedding Castle! Would you mind sharing it? I also noticed you're concerned about the CC from PaysitesMustBeDestroyed, but I've downloaded other lots with Linda's converted CC from that site, and so far, I haven't seen anyone complain :)
Hi, anon! Thank you for your kind words. I think I'll actually post this lot for downloading but I need some time to prepare a list of at least some CC I used for it so it would be easier for users to install it properly and I'm waiting for an invitation from SimFileShare so I could put it there :)

Houses of Two Witch Sisters Part 1
So here is the first part of the Two Witch Sisters' Houses where you can see the one made for a Good Witch! I built them for Samantha and Kimberly Cordial in Belladonna Cove but they actually will be suitable for any two Good and Bad Witches :) I'm thinking of uploading this lot for downloading but doubting since there is a lot of CC content... What do you think?
In the next post you will see the house of the Bad Witch :)

Mortimer gets closer to Dina
Although Mortimer deeply missed his missing wife, Bella, he was fortunate to find someone who could support him through his grief. Dina willingly spent countless hours listening to his worries and emotional confessions. Her kindness touched him deeply, and before he realized it, he had grown fond of her, seeing her as more than just a friend.
Dina helped Mortimer fill the emptiness in his heart, but he was unaware of her hidden motives. In truth, Dina was far more interested in his money than in Mortimer himself. Oblivious to this, he generously provided her with financial support, believing that this was a natural part of a healthy relationship. After all, she had been there for him emotionally during one of the hardest periods of his life. Supporting her financially when she faced difficulties seemed like the least he could do for her.
