For the first time in a long time, I am opening commissions!! I'm at the point at my art in which I feel confident in selling it to the public, so I figured there's no better time than now. :) If interested, please DM me!

I have two available styles: my regular style, and my recreation of the Splatoon style that I often draw tournament prize art in. I also have a cheaper "icon sketch" option available for those who want art, but can't afford a full piece.

I don't actually have specific "slots", just that if this actually gains a lot of interest I'll close them for a time as I finished the commissions I've received. I hope you take interest in my art - I'd love to draw your ideas!

i had this sketch for ages, but got distracted with life n stuff so i kinda abandoned it mid lineart. since it's an old sketch the poses are little stiffer than id really like them to be now, but it's still cute so i wanted to finish it! i really love how the colors came out tho! :D

bumping this again bc im still really proud and wanna share it

this is my first ever 3D animation! I'm an animation student in college and we were tasked with combining film we shot and 3d models we animated (after we made them in MAYA) to make a short surrealist style film. whereas my classmates enjoyed their funny oranges and soap dispensers that rotated, i got VERY carried away. this was our first 3d project and i punched way above my weight in the type of stuff i'd do in much later classes. not only am I EXTREMELY proud of it for a first go but so are like, all of my teachers. so yippie!

going back to theme of this video, since we were going with the whole idea of dreams and surrealism, i wanted to focus on dream about partners or crushes. im sure everyone's had those before, but i especially as someone in a long distance relationship tend to see my bf take up a lot of my dreams. i've had some pretty weird ones as well, where i was hung up on just how real it felt after i woke up, like "genuinely could have sworn he was holding my hand 5 minutes ago" type of stuff.

there's also the idea of long lonely nights that arose from the fact that is a long distance relationship, and so the joke in this video is that if my boyfriend wasnt several thousand miles away, he'd probably stop me from working so late.

this is about all i can think of to say about this project because i'm not exactly the best as typing about my art as i am physically yapping about it in person. i will definitely be making more 3d art and animation in the future (maybe ill try some blender to supplement my maya knowledge) and i (hopefully) intend to practice more 2d animation as well. (unfortunately i wont get to learn that in class, so its up to me on my own time. wish me luck)

that said, i hope you all enjoy!!!

more old art dumps!! this is actually from the spring of my freshman semester so woops this is a year old!

i never posted it and realized, yknow i probably should! this was a 2D 30 animation project we had to for foundations and i got really excited when we originally got the project haha. theres a good few things i would change if i did it again, but im trying to be more nice to my art and still share it around regardless.

sculpture dump pt. 2! for this project, we had to make a "personal reliquary" in which we took a special object that we had and made a container for it!

i choose to use the locket of me and my bf, then make it a little house! so me and my bf could be living together in the locket haha. its very VERY loosely based on my bfs house but with some heavy liberties taken haha. then inside theres clouds cause i always associate seeing clouds from above with visiting my bf now.

its super cute and im really proud of this. its become very personal to me and ill probably keep it for a long time :)

sculpture class dump part 1!!!!

the first sculpture is part of a shift in scale and narrative project, where we had to tell a story using objects of two different scales. I decided to make an area 51 scene where theyre delivering peace tea. the whole jokes is theyre coming in "peace" to deliver us (the aliens) a peace greeting. i actually use real sand for this LOL! it was a sensory nightmare, but it turned out very cool.

the second sculpture is part of an inside/outside project. we had show contrast between, well. an inside and outside. i originally wanted to do an inverted rose bush (with thorns and wires on the outside and flowers in the middle) to symbolize how people overlook red flags in relationships. unfortunately, that was turned down by my prof for being "too representational". so instead, i went with a pure black/white contrast and tried to make it more of a caged bird vibe. (the center even looks like an egg) it still is the same message, but in a different context. i actually think it still turned out cool!!

heres my final print design for my printmaking class this semester!! i wanted to combine the two characters id be doing in the previous two projects into one piece. this is my original draft, going with idea of a twilight theme since a lot of the game concept that i design these two for revolves around twilight.

under the cut is more color drafts + final prints!!

however, my prof encourage me to do just two colors since im new to split fountains, so the following images are color drafts using only two colors. after that, i did a b/w ver so i could carve it.

and then final image is the actual set of prints!! i decided to go for 3 warm prints and 3 cool prints like a day/night or sunrise/sunset vibe and i really like them alot! these two characters have turned into my little goobers.

(plus letter and gem heart) these have been done for a while but ive been slowly animating them for a short film! i hope to post that too which i guess will involve a face reveal lol but whatever. this is the FIRST EVER 3D models ive done and im really proud of them!! they super cute and i love em alot

had this old pearl wip lying around based on that one octo expansion chat image that was just lineart, but for whatever reason i just left in the void when its honestly not that bad! so i gave it some simple color and lighting and decided to post it. i think it looks cool :)

my wonderful friend devin comissioned me to draw birthday art for his friend!! i have never drawn pokemon before so i was kinda nervous about making it look good, but im really glad he had faith in me!! i think this turned out awesome!! :) i also really wanted to play with more saturated colors and i think it turned put really cool!!

sorry for being mia, i've been swamped with college art classes - but im gonna start posting art ive been making over this semester! here's two print designs ive made so far!

they're both my own original characters ive made with the hopes of using in my senior project!

the first is of estelle (aka luna) that was for a relief print, while the second is of lake that was for a intaglio print!

they're supposed to be space/sea and fire/water themed, so i wanted to make two prints for the both of them. i've really started to grow attached to them now that ive been drawing them more!

there's original versions under the cut before i made revisions according to my prof - but i hope to share more art soon!

here are the original prints! for the first one with relief i knew what i wanted to go for almost immediately, but it changed quite a bit despite that. my professor told me to emphasize her pose to show she was becoming more comfortable while controlling her fire, while also making the fire for more organic. for the second one, i struggled a lot more with getting the design down - i didnt settle on a single draft until very late, but it ended up having a lot less reworks! i had to tone down the reference with the wave and have it go back around him. i really like how both of them turned out!
