story time #2

“politics”

today was tiring, very i may add. but it was also one of a kind and if i were to repeat this day i’d probably still say yes, nope not because of the allowance ((pero who am i kidding syempre factor din yon (; )) but because it was worth it. 

the candidate who brought me in to this ‘poll watcher’ thing may not win but still, i was thankful. so my story time will not be about politics. it would be about how awkward i am with this guy who i really am interested with... since 2014 

we were not wearing the same shirt. i was wearing red and his are white. shit, how did that never crossed my mind? of course his dad was running against the side you are with. 

first time i saw you today, you were standing outside the room i was assigned to when you caught my eye.. and that damned shirt. i was very tempted to look at you pero nahihiya ako jusq. our families were kind of friends yet here i am wearing the other sides’ color. triple shit

but i continue to catch every glimpse i can everytime mapapadpad ka sa floor namin. hays you’re so tall and cute, nakakainis. 

life lesson;

dont be stupid, crushing over a guy for too long. wala kang pag asa gurl :P

story time #1

we went to the beach, the beach was ((ofcourse)) crowded.  my brother and i left our slippers in the shore, well i could say that it was sort of secluded since i decided not to mix our slippers with others’

we swam, and swam, and swam

by the time we finished

my brother’s slipper were nowhere to be found.

life lesson;

-dont leave important things unattended, no matter how safe you thought it was there’s this big chance that you’ll lose it because you can’t trust most people they’ll take something away from you with big uncertainty why.

BLUEBERRY CHEESE-FREAKIN-CAKE

I tried baking cheesecake for the first time!! ((though i already tried making a no-bake cheesecake, dont... try it) 

HERE IT IS!

INGREDIENTS;

graham crackers (1 cup)

melted butter (1/4 cup) 

cream cheese, softened (8 oz/ 3 box)

egg (3 large) 

vanilla extract (2 teaspoon)

sour cream 

blue berry filling 

sugar 

For the crust: graham crackers (1 cup) sugar (2 tb spoon) melted butter (1/4 cup)

-Okay, so first crush the crackers, depende sainyo if gusto nyo ng pino or medyo may buo. Basta tidbits ha, ako kasi i prefer yung medjo may buo? I don’t know mas bet ko lang. Hahahaha! And yung measurement if gusto nyo na mas thick yung crust, you can double it naman basta ganon din sa butter.

-Then add the sugar, this is optional kayo bahala if you’d like to put some or nah. Depende din sainyo kung gano kadami hehe.

-And lastly, add the melted butter. Keep in mind na mas okay kung unsalted yung butter na bibilhin nyo para walang ibang lasa na humalo.

-After mixing all these stuff together sa isang bowl, get your spring pan ready, and i-set nyo sya with konting butter or cooking oil, para mamaya hindi dumikit sa pan yung mga ilalagay nyo. 

-I-press down nyo sa spring pan yung mixture using the back of the spoon or!! yung kamay nyo pero syempre make sure na well sanitized wieee :P

Okay, so napagod ako kaka-daldal sa taas ((jk, kakatype hahaha)) Just watch this yt video for the complete tutorial! Narealize ko kasi ang daldal ko tapos baka di nyo gets yung sinasabi ko kasi masyadong madami and magulo so ayon, ayan yung sinundan ko nung nag bake ako. Hope It’ll help you too!!
