To celebrate the launch of Pacific Drive, I took the lil' wagon on an excursion north of the river.

We hung out with the bouys

Saw the sights

Went for a dip at the lido

And refuelled with some scampi and chips on the beach
Pacific Drive is out now on PC and PS5! https://store.steampowered.com/app/1458140/Pacific_Drive

Cryptid vibes at Gwen's Gig @ St John on Bethnal Green ( 11/03 )

OM-D E-M1 II ( 12-200 ) This was very fun - The church was appropriately lit but the music vibes all night were spooky and it made me want to hunt cryptids. ISO 8000/ 1/10 /f22 / -5 stops to get things nice and grainy for most of these, but was jumping around the exposure triangle to get some of those smeary double exposure-ish shots with a longer shutter speed. Felt like I understood my camera more trying to impose a 'low light' vibe onto a scene than I ever understand it when I'm trying to take a picture of something in actual low light.

Have been struggling with exposure on the new camera since I got it, everything always comes out massively underexposed and I couldnt put my finger on why what I was seeing in the EVF wasn't what I was seeing in the shots when I got to my PC. Turns out there are a couple of things it might have been- one of the things I suspected was that EVF backlight was just way too bright, I turned it all the way down and suddenly something like this was showing up exactly as it does in the shot
