apologies for disappearing my bf got me a switch and hogwarts legacy + dreamlight valley for christmas so when i have not been to christmas parties i've been living my best gamer life 🫠 but im back and will prob be looking for some new threads in a minute !!

is almost physically taken aback by the bluntness behind his words and his obvious disdain for the other male that she finds no real reason behind . « he's not , » she rushes to his defense , « have you actually tried having a conversation with him instead of just listening to rumors and assume you know him ? » tone is sharper than intended, matching his biting comments . « why do you care so much anyway ? seems more like you're trying to spoil the one exciting thing that has happened to me in a while . »
"why would i be happy for you? that guy is a jackass." parker scoffed, hand moving to rub the back of his neck. he knew he didn't have any right to care, but that didn't stop him from throwing passive aggressive comments her way. "like, shit hallie. sorry for looking out for you."
