I recently visited to the National Botanical Garden in Godawari, Nepal, with my family, after a decade. This location is well-known in Nepal for its magnificent natural surroundings. It was great to view the garden's rich and Beautiful surrounds, which were full of natural beauty. The garden features a diverse plant collection and a peaceful ambience. It is very popular for tourist spot in Nepal, and I was delighted to rediscover its charm after so many years.

We had to pay an entry fee to get in, and after showing our tickets, we entered the National Botanical Garden. The view was absolutely stunning and even better than what I remembered from a long time ago. There have been significant changes in the plantings, and they've also created clear pathways for the visitors to explore. The improvements made the experience even more enjoyable, and I was impressed by the positive changes they've made over the years.

Godawari, as described in the book, is a paradise for nature enthusiasts, with an impressive diversity of species. Around 1000 plant species are conserved here, both in-situ and ex-situ. I asked one of the preservers present there, and he said This entire godawari area is home to 256 different bird species, accounting for one-third of all bird species in Nepal. Furthermore, Godawari is known for having over 300 kinds of butterflies and moths, which add to the vivid array of life seen in this area.

I believe the Godawari’s National Botanical Garden was one of the areas carefully conserved by our Government. But there is still lot of work to be done. Some of my recommendations are:

Preserving godawari demands a comprehensive strategy. The government should declare it a protected area and make it mandatory for sustainable tourist activities. It has the potential to become one of the top tourism destinations for both internal and external tourists.

Let’s involve local people and try to construct more required infrastructure, as well as educate every tourists about the history and present circumstances, and perform regular monitoring locally also collaborating with other NGOs and INGOs if possible.

Let us assure law enforcement and strive to put a long-term plan in place. If our efforts fail, let’s seek international assistance and conduct restoration operations. Value and Appreciation

I've already indicated that this is the series in which I want to discuss my experience working for a multiple organisation for more than 12 years.

Today, Let's talk about how crucial value and appreciation are to any firm.

Yes absolutely right!!! Employees want to feel respected and appreciated at work in addition to fair remuneration and benefits. Increases in job satisfaction, motivation, and productivity can all be attributed to receiving praise and gratitude for a job well done.

Offering opportunities for professional growth, offering regular feedback and constructive criticism, encouraging work-life balance, publicly recognising accomplishments, and creating a happy work atmosphere are just a few methods to show employees that they are valued and appreciated.

Employers need to be aware that employee appreciation and recognition is not a one-size-fits-all approach and may call for various approaches for certain personnel.

By building a work environment where employee appreciation and recognition are highly valued, employers may strengthen their relationships with their staff, increase job satisfaction and loyalty, and eventually boost overall company performance.

Conclusion: In the present world, it is not just about making money(Salary) in any organisation; employees also want to feel valued and appreciated.

DISCLAIMER: I am not endorsing or supporting any company, just to be clear. Its My own experience using Vianet communication for internet service. I have been a faithful and loyal customer of ViaNet Telecommunication for the past two years. Although their products, services, and particularly their customer support were satisfactory. But, I recently encountered a problem with their support on February 24th, 2023. I called them on Friday, and they promptly responded. Had a long chat, However, as I was in a hurry to get to the office, I requested them to call me back in an hour. They called me back after precisely an hour to check if my issue was resolved. I informed them that I was at work and requested them to call me around 7 pm. They called me at around 7:15 pm, but since I was on my way home, I asked them to call me again at 8 pm instead. They agreed to do so, but unfortunately, I forgot about the matter, and my phone battery died. After charging my phone, I turned it on at 9:30 pm. Just then, I received a call from them inquiring about whether the issue was resolved. I was initially shocked but happy to share my current situation of internet issues. They informed me that a technician need to visit me on next day i.e Saturday. However, I missed their call on Saturday as it was a off day, I had forgotten to turn on my phone, but my issue was almost resolved by then. I did not feel the need to call them again. As by then i thought it was closed topic and they won't call me again. But Today Sunday , ViaNet called me again to check if the issue was resolved, and I was pleased to inform them that it was completely resolved. For the time being, they have finally closed the support ticket for this specific problem. I must commend the ViaNet team for providing excellent customer service, and this the first time i ever felt the best service with vianet. and I hope they continue to do so. Kudos to them! On a Saturday, today was a free day. I recently visited Patan Durbar Square, one of Nepal's UNESCO World Heritage Sites, with some friends after a lengthy absence. This entire area exhibits Newar arts and architecture, which symbolize the culture and traditions of my home country. This location is among the most active and popular tourist destinations in my nation. I stayed for a while and indulged in the tasty and multicultural food. Every Saturday is a hectic and crowded day. I have observed numerous individuals having a great time with their friends and families.So did i. The dance and singing of the Newari people today add more appeal. During the evening arati, bells and a drum add to the temple's spiritual atmosphere. I'm not even able to describe that precise moment. It was kind of abstract feeling. Additionally, I have noted that some new construction is taking place and that this place is still undergoing restoration. This location is one of the faces of my county and a representation of our culture and beliefs, however I am not familiar with its exact architecture or layout, nor am I a specialist in heritage sites. Therefore, my expectation for this restoration or construction is that it should preserve the values and traditions of our country. Being a citizen of this county, all I was concerned about was my culture and heritage. We have our esteemed mayor chiri babu maharjan sir, I am aware of that. And up until this point, he had excelled in his field. Therefore, even with this structure, I have high hopes that it would meet UNESCO standards to rebuild this place. And also hope that Nepal's Department of Archaeology would keep an eye on, direct, and work with local government to develop this heritage site. Working for both national and international companies for more than a decade.I've had both positive and negative experiences. But in the following days, I'd want to share a number of my own experiences and a psychological analysis of several employers, which might be useful to many people working in various organizational cultures. Let's begin with loyalty I am a highly devoted employee to any company, thus up to this point, I have never had a problem with an employer. To leave any employer has always been understood on both sides. But when I leave a firm out of frustration or in search of a better opportunity, I often wonder why I was so committed to that particular employment. I don't know, is the response. Perhaps I was better raised and developed during my childhood, or was there another reason? not yet sure. But based on my perspective, we don't necessarily need to be highly devoted to our employers because that isn't who we are or why we choose to work there. Instead of being loyal to any employer, you must be loyal to your work and obligations. First of all, your loyalty may be a vulnerability that your employer may take advantage of. He might always assume that even if you are in difficulties, you won't leave your boss. You continue to work hard and be loyal, but ultimately you are the one who experiences discrimination in performance reviews and appraisals, which forces you to voluntarily leave the organization. I cannot evaluate any job or any employer because it is solely based on my own personal experience. Not everyone may experience it or receive the same treatment. However, there are many businesses, including TATA and many other international corporations, where employees are regarded like assets. In Nepal, Kathmandu's Durbar Marga is where I work. and I frequently go to the restaurant where you can get everything to eat with my coworker. I mean, we go to that place to eat whenever we are hungry, weary, or lazy. We always start with food and finish with a cup of tea. whereas I enjoy drinking tea. I am aware of my exact taste in tea. As a result, taste of tea in that resturant was only passably good. However, we had been frequent customers of that store for almost six months. Meanwhile, we returned to same eatery today for tea. Whether it was unfortunate or lucky, the store was absolutely packed with customers. No seats left. We next went to a store that is directly adjacent to and connected to that store. However, it was a tiny establishment that just sold tea only. I had missed the opportunity to try the tea in that shop. But I decided to give it a shot today. Yes, I asked for the milk tea to be made darker and with less sugar, as I always liked the same. I eventually received the tea. Tea's color seems to be highly provoking. it matched with my initial expectation. I couldn't wait to try it. Then I actually took my first drink. You won't believe it, but it exceeded my expectations and was great. I was captivated. Perhaps it was the nicest tea I've ever had in Kathmandu's Durbar Marga. Finally, I gave the proprietor a thank you and value her delicious tea. She was so humble and gratefully accepted my tips. The lesson or moral of the story is that the first restaurant sells every food item to suit every type of consumer with its own brand. there was no segmentation of any customers. They might not have a target audience. On the other hand, with no brand just small shop that only sells tea often caters to tea lovers. They have a targeted marketing strategy or its niche market, or you would say that the market is segmented based on consumer preferences, usually with a solely in tea section. Therefore, my dear entrepreneur, let's segment the market or strategy/plan in accordance with your business portfolio and the products and services you have to provide.
