hello ! elina here :’). i’m bringing you my clown phoebe aka psyche. i do love giving my muses traumas so pls don’t mind that but also help me to add to her trauma by granting me some angsty plots, maybeeee ??? below the cut you’ll find some more information and also i’m asking for plots so pls gimme.

✱ ╱ olivia culpo + cis-female + she/her ━  if you happen to find yourself stuck in tartarus, make sure you don’t run into PHOEBE LENORE there. the TWENTY-EIGHT year old has made quite the reputation for themselves under their alias as PSYCHE, a DRAG RACER for THE SOULS. while their enemies often describe them as MANIPULABLE and IRRESPONSIBLE, their syndicate would say that they’re ADAPTABLE and COMPASSIONATE. they DO NOT think that zane was murdered, but they’ll be keeping that to themselves for now. ( hearing whispers in the wind that no one else seems to notice, cherry flavoured lip gloss, necklaces hanging out of a jewelry box, unread text messages )

- as a matter of fact, phoebe lenore would’ve been considered by many as blessed. she had a big enough family so that she would never been lonely and enough wealth that money would be something she’d have to worry about.

- yet what seemed like the perfect portrait of a family, was actually just paint splattered on an image that was far from that spotless illusion.

- although having grown up pretty close, attached at the hip, one might dare to say, the story goes as usual. parental expectations ruining a perfectly healthy sibling relationship. and soon sisters that’d share laughter about the most trivial things would now exchange words of spite over nothing.

- and perhaps if phoebe lenore would have to point out a moment where everything wrong it would’ve been this one. her sisters who would’ve filled the empty spot of love their parents never granted to give them just left another another empty spot.

- of course as desperate as she was, she sacrificed every second of her time to somehow get her parent’s attention. she was what many would consider the perfect daughter yet deep down she knew that she’d never be the perfect-enough daughter for her parents.

- if it wasn’t for a friend she met, she probably wouldn’t have known what to do anymore. to cut a long story short, this friend was the reason why phoebe became a drag racer for the souls. whether this actually was a good or bad idea didn’t matter. what did matter though was that after a long time phoebe actually did feel appreciated, as if she was needed and not just some useless decoration meant to complete the family portrait.

- of course, she didn’t tell anyone about it but the secrecy around it also made her become closer to that friend. maybe it was a miracle that things continued so smoothly. a miracle that some force didn’t want to exist for too long.

- and again, the story goes like this. one night like any other, with that miniscule change of detail. this time her friend is sitting with her in the car. and maybe she was a little less focused than usual. and then only what ifs follow. what if i refused them to sit in the car with her. what if she slept for just an hour longer. but these what if were simply flat hypothesis, bleak against the reality of the accident.  people considered her lucky that she survived but to phoebe it were only the cruel reminder that she was left behind without her best friend.

𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐜  ( headcanons?? )

- with the accident she actually considered quitting drag racing, however, next to various of other problems that’d come with that, she also doesn’t know what else to do with her life.

- is actually super bad with directions. the hc that lives rentfree in my head is that in the beginning she just got lost halfway the race because she couldn’t wrap her head around the easiest route.

- with her alias being psyche, some people just like to say psycho to annoy and well it does annoy her.

- she’s still looking for love in everything ( friendships, family, relatonships). that’s probably why she gets attached so easily. (rip) just thinking that every person has good intentions (yes, go queen, don’t learn anything from your past mistakes)

𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

- someone who was in the friend group with her and now deceased friend (will i ever bother to give them a name??). to make it angsty maybe they blame phoebe for the accident (lbr she actually did cause it) but i’m up for any idea !!!

- sibling of deceased friend (bcs i just thought it would be a fun dynamic) and maybe they don’t even know who the person is who caused the accident but later find out

- friends that kind of know that she’s very trusting and use her but also friends who will help her to grow as  a person (bcs she needs that character growth where she just learns not to be depend her happiness on other ppl rip)

- exes bcs girl would just run into any relationship

- BUT also that ONE EX i kind of based this on the eros and psyche myth (and i’m putting this here bcs as for now i’m too lazy to send in this connection). but they used to know each other before she joined the souls. they probably were her (only) true love and she really depended on them as she didn’t have the best relationship with her family. maybe they also weren’t what her parents would label as a good catch (background-wise maybe??? look at me trying incooperate the pig detail from the myth into this). anyway, they broke up (reason can be discussed) and had a huge falling out were the other got really hurt but they meet each other again. (make it extra angsty where they still have feelings for each other yeehaw).

- enemies because listen it’d be so fun when phoebe just won’t know how to handle having an enemy and she’ll belike “what u don’t like me .... but im a ppl pleaser :’(”
