It’s 4:52pm and so far all I had today was a guava (112 cals) and I cut them into small pieces so I tricked my mind into thinking I ate a lot and I also ate really slowly. I’m chewing on a piece of gum (5 cals) right now so I could stop the cravings of wanting to eat something wholesome but I have to stick it out. I have the urge to swallow my gum but I don’t know how much extra calories that would be if I did or maybe it won’t digest. Isn’t that bad for you as well? I have a bad habit of swallowing my gum all the time. I I need to restrict and I need obedience. I want to look as fragile as I feel. I need to keep reminding myself that.
