Seeing a lot of people transition into being better people, getting top surgery/posting gfm, big like big adult jobs, have great friend trips, watch their kids grow, pick new names, get longterm partners, get tattooed, etc. is really bumming me the fuck out man. I feel so fucking stagnated and like I'm just getting in my own way.

Everyone: don't compare yourself or your journey

I get that but it's really fucking hard not to and where I'm told it gets easier as you age it feels worse. Maybe my type of personality is just not right for our time. I'm a creative with little to no job opportunities outside of retail and there's no walkability anymore. The third spaces I'm actually into just don't exist anymore or the demographic is no longer 20s+, it's seen as a kids thing so the spaces cater to that. Theres no queer places that arent a loud bar or loud coffee shop around me. I work part time and can't find a full time that is interested in me that pays more than minimum wage. I can't afford any place to get a space of my own away from home. And maybe the scariest thing is even if I lived in the 90s where optimism was more around I wouldn't have even faired any better.

I can't be this person anymore.

Another aspect of the Gaza Genocide that I want to talk about is the complicity of Internet banking and crowdfunding websites like GoFundMe.

I have seen multiple Gazans raise enough money to leave for Egypt, but the banks and the crowdfunding websites freeze their money or cancel their funds for "suspicious activity" or whatever. Every day that passes in Gaza supplies get more scarce, conditions get more deadly, and the price to cross into Egypt gets more expensive. I've seen people, like ghost-90 here on Tumblr, raise the full amount to get their entire family out of Gaza, but their money gets frozen for so long that the original goal is only a fraction of the price now needed to cross the boarder.

These financial institutions should not be allowed to get away with contributing to the death toll in Gaza. They are intentionally keeping people trapped in a kill zone by withholding money that is rightfully theirs.

I'm so pissed and angry that every avenue for relief for Palestinians is being cut of left and right. It is vile that Gazans are being extorted for 10s of thousands of dollars by the Egyptian gov just to save their family's lives, but even when they play by this corrupt game, the world still finds a way to make them suffer.

My heart is with every Palestinian for the rest of time, from river to sea you will all be free. 🇵🇸❤️

Alright friends I don't usually do this but I'm desperate!

I've just done 14 weeks of unpaid work and during this time I haven't been able to do any paid work. Because of this work placement, plus a recent family thing, I haven't worked since November.

Where is my tall butch or gender fluid person who likes home cooked foods and cute snacks in their lunches. I just wanna cook for more people, especially someone who tells me their favorite foods, someone who i can blush at while they help in the kitchen, or just wants to try new recipes for fun because I made it.

I was all omg a drama up my alley but now its filled me with yearning. Yearning to be in the kitchen and yearning to cook for a lover. 😭 does anyone want to try a raspberry swiss roll i want to make or smores cookies or a denser cheesy goulash ??
