Lot comes with 2 versions: furnished (closely resembling Sims 4) and empty.

Plan is very similar to its Sims 4's counterpart... except, it's not. The original floor plan (especially second floor) was god awful and first floor also lacked bathroom, so I changed some stuff around.

This build now has:

2 bathrooms on each floor

2 bedrooms for each Bob and Eliza

3rd on-suite bathroom (Eliza's cool bathroom)

Extra nursery

.package files for Bob sim and Eliza sim!! (made and cloned in Body Shop)

Grass version, the one you see in the screenshots.

Desert version, perfect fit for Strangetown style with minor plant and floor changes. That one really reminds me of prison and Area 51 aesthetic!

But what's this for, you ask? Well there is this mental asylum challenge... which is really fun to play! You can view the rules here. I went over them one more time in the readme.txt included in the archive just in case.

Ghosts are not included with this build ~.^ I also hope certain someone who is red across won't sue me

YES YOU CAN make lattice roof in Sims 2!

Lot comes in 2 versions: empty and furnished. The mansion was built on an Old Silo Farm lot in Veronaville, silo itself became a tower, and tree in the middle a cool set piece. This whooping beast can have up to 5 bedrooms! In screenshots one of the bedrooms was turned into chess room and library for looks.

WARNING!

When placing lot use cheat changeLotClassification high to change lot classification to High. Then type printLotClass to make sure it's working. This is only necessary if you tired of seeing Calista Fuchs in fancy builds where she doesn't belong... or maybe she does...

Build has 4 apartment units, top floor units were meant to be fancier, but only bottom floor apartment has access to thegarage. The other bottom floor apartment meant to be cheaper looking. All apartments have 3 bedrooms (rooms?) with enough space for family expansion!

Trivia: the shell was inspired by Finster Household from the show Rugrats where Chuckie lived.

Sims 2 is better than I remember when it lets you have functional gas station, even if pretend. Certainly better than any other sims game.

Especially compared to Sims 3.

!!!The build has bunch of uneven elevation so sims may struggle to talk sometimes!!!

community: this version is just shopping version with your typical grill and food store. (and funny lore I came up with)

residential: this version meant to be used as home business from Open for Business where you sell fake gas (Ticket Machine actually makes sense in this case) and various hardware equipment like decorative tires and The HottCorp Burning 8-R Series Fire Jet which I found amusingly appropriate to sell at the gas station.

WARNING! This build will lag a lot!

It will get better after everyone moved in, but playing in 3rd speed still nightmare. Sims 2 has limit on only 2 threads and most noticeable when NPCs moving in, and there is literally nothing you can do about it.

There are 3 floors, the top 2 are decorative (I ran out of walls) comprising total of 24 apartment units! Left side uses CFE staircase to go up and down, right side uses stairs and elevator to go up and down.
