dao was the first non-sims, non-pokemon game i'd ever played and i didn't realize that you could, you know, have more than one save file

so i spent the entire game saving over the previous save file and relying on the occasional autosave

ok is it normal to write an over 20 page session zero document complete with a comprehensive list of allowed races (complete with homebrew adjustments for lore accuracy, and entire homebrew race), overviews of the history of at least three countries, homebrew rules for mixed heritage characters, an overview of the pantheon categorized by importance, AND optional custom backgrounds, subclasses, and feats for a campaign that doesn't exist yet but you want to run so everyone can be on the same page with lore and make sure their characters have some level of in character investment in the plot because you're proud of the homebrew world you've created and to share your toys without people breaking them?
