☆ exercise for 30-45 minutes per day
☆ Read half an hour before sleep each night

☆ make bed every day
☆ spend 10 minutes (or more) outside per day
☆ eat 5 small meals during the day and don't skip brekkie
☆ replace milo with white tea
☆ call dad every Sunday
☆ shower at least once every two days
