As much as I do like the idea of Husk trying to get redeemed to stay with Angel once he is redeemed, I want Husk to eventually want to be redeemed for himself. To come to the realization that yes he's messed up severely in the past, but he at least wants to try.

I want that kind of character arc for Husk.

Betrayal Angst where Angel KNOWS something is up. He knows Husk. Husk who grieved Pentious. Husk who put his wings out to shield Cherri and him during the battle with the Exorcists. Husk would never do this on his own free will, is what he tells the others. However, there is doubt in his heart, he can't help it.

But he's going to keep investigating until proven that Husk wanted to betray them and had been playing them.

When he finds out that Alastor forced him and Husk went along with it to protect them all, he goes: I KNEW IT!!!! while also getting out the angelic weapons he stashed away because Alastor is in for a fight. He's going to do his best to end this and help the man he loves.

One of them wants Angel to take Valentino down with Husk cheering him on

The other one wants Angel to see Husk beating Valentino's ass for him. For Angel to not have to fight Valentino and to see there are people who are willing to do that for him.

Thinking about all the ways Huskerdust can confront and break free from Valentino and Alastor.

I would love if they get away from both with the support of each other.

They couple that beats up people together, stays together.

When the hotel gets a bunch of new guests, Husk suddenly has alot more work. Angel comes back one day and can't get to his typical seat.

He ends up putting a "Reserved for Angel Dust, Sit Here At Your Peril" sign on his seat.

Angel witnessing a scene between Alastor and Husk very similar to the one in episode 5.

Every fiber of Angel's being screams for him to lunge at Alastor, to use an angelic weapon (Angel still has some) to hurt him.

But the pleading, desperate look on Husk's face stops him.

I have seen what people are saying about Angel getting his heart broken.

This is most likely going to involve Husk.

Angel may have to watch Alastor force the man he loves to betray everything they both care about.

Or Husk may reject him to protect him from Alastor.

These are the biggest possibilities to me.

Angel: You’re one of the most important people in my life, I would do anything for you. Husk: I want you to eat 3 meals a day and have a decent sleep schedule. Angel: Absolutely not.

Angel: Relationships should be 50/50. Husk cooks us dinner while I sit on the kitchen counter looking pretty.

We need another scene where Angel casually puts his legs in Husk's lap again, with permission of course, except this time Husk smiles fondly and lays his arms on Angels legs.

Casual affection is something I want these two to have.

Angel if ever sees Husk with his hair swooped back and in a tux like how he was in the flashback to his deal with Alastor:

Angel: I’ve been dropping them the most insanely obvious hints for like a year now. No response. Husk: Wow. They sound stupid. Angel: But they’re not. They’re really smart actually. Just dense. Husk: Maybe you need to be more obvious? Like, I don’t know… “Hey! I love you!” Angel: I guess you’re right. Hey Husk, I love you. Husk: See! Just say that! Angel: Holy fucking shit. Husk: If that flies over their head then, sorry Angel, but they're too dumb for you. Angel: Husk.

One of my favorite things about the bar scene between Husk and Angel right before the battle is how Angel clearly wanted to say something more vulnerable to Husk before changing his mind. He hesitated, probably because he didn't want to make things awkward with Husk right before they both could very well die. In a sense, he put what he thought Husk needed before his own needs.

I love Angel's character development so much.

If Alastor has capped and inhibited some of Husk's power, then I need a moment where a fully powered Husk beats the hell out of Valentino. Charlie and Angel join in as well.

Husk babysitting Fat Nuggets for Angel is an idea I fully subscribe to.

Current mood: Thinking about Husk having a "I love you more than I fear him" moment in regards to choosing Angel over Alastor in season 2.

Inside me there are two wolves.

One of them wants nothing but Huskerdust fluff and shenanigans.

But the other wants to explore the angst of them fearing Alastor and Valentino will use them against each other.

Both? Both is good.
