Under Anshul Singhal’s leadership Welspun One launched their flagship 110 acres of Grade-A warehousing in Bhiwandi, rolled out India’s maiden warehousing Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) for domestic investors, and by 2025 intends to deploy approximately USD 265 million to develop over 8 million square feet of industrial real estate pan-India.
