A few notes:
Do this for every informative/news-related post you want to reblog. The fewer reblogs a false report gets, the less it spreads.
The best thing you can do for a false report is not reblog it at all, OR start your own post to debunk it, with a link to the original. If you reblog to debunk it, your reply will get lost in the huge amount of notes, and you will just end up spreading the misinformation further.
Sometimes a totally unlikely story turns out to be true! It’s even more fun to reblog it when you’ve confirmed that it’s real.

I’m actually pretty sure that “20% of women who get science degrees work in a related field” isn’t too far off from the gender-neutral version of that statistic; I’ll have to go looking later. Depends on what’s considered a “related field” though.

Dunno if this totally applies to the thing I am worried about but I am trying to keep it in mind.
tomorrow’s gonna be just fine. that conflict you’re having with your friend will blow over. no one secretly hates you. the world is not out to get you. it’s ok to feel stressed out. it’s ok to crack under pressure sometimes. you are perfectly capable of enduring whatever life throws your way. everything will be alright. you’re gonna be ok.
