Ok but you do realize that darkshipping is an online space which actively romanticizes pedophilia, incest, and zoophilia, openly inviting children in while writing the most graphic "sexy" depictions of rape you'll ever see and treating it like some "forbidden love" fantasy.

And if you see this and you, as the proshipper, decide you have no issue with this and just passively condone and support this, you're still not the good guy in this situation, you're just the bystander who watched little children get groomed and "didnt think it was serious enough to step in".

‘it’s a trauma response’ that doesn’t make it okay. with a professional in a therapeutic setting and in moderation, yes, explore your own trauma and speak to a professional if you’re actively having thoughts like that, but there’s a clear difference between working it out in therapy and posting child porn online, that will literally just bring more horrible people into your life
